"Spirit of the Goat" is the best title ever.

Still trying to get in to this but with the cases they are solving it just seems so predictable to the audiences eg. plate and fork, i kept yelling trident at the tv screen. Also, the acting from the supporting cast could be better and the one liners and jokes don't seem to work.

I also don't like this Alfred who sounds like an Aussie and yells half of the time. Favorite Alfred would have to be Michael Cane.

I didn't see that twist coming in tonight's episode. At first I thought they might tie this in with the origin of Copperhead, King Cobra, Kobra, or King Snake. Wasn't expecting the origin of the Venom drug.

Also, the villain of next week's episode isn't Scarecrow. That guy in the promo is a brand new character named Raymond Earl AKA The Goat (at least according to the official episode description released by Fox).

Good deal Nom, they toned down some of the absurdity this ep, cool, gotta watch in a few...I hope this one turns it around some for me...

I still feel if they would have toned Gotham more like the Sopranos, they could have one of the better shows on tv...would love an HBO version of this show...Falcone, Maroni, (Fish, I guess, still don't like the character), Penguin, etc., would be great to focus on more of them, than any other villains, at least for awhile...have Bullock and Gordon solving the crimes over a few episodes (like a condensed True Detective or something)...
