Human Target follows the life of Christopher Chance (Mark Valley), a unique private contractor, bodyguard and security expert hired to protect his clients. Rather than taking on the target's identity himself (as in the comic book version), he protects his clients by completely integrating himself into their lives, to become the human target. Chance is accompanied by his business partner Winston (Chi McBride) and hired gun Guerrero (Jackie Earle Haley).

It's believed that season one showrunner Jonathan Steinberg will remain as executive producer but Chuck veteran Matt Miller is set to serve as either showrunner or co-showrunner.

And for anyone who might be interested, The Incredible Hulk star Tim Roth will also return to the small screen for a third season of Lie To Me!
