The team tracks Savage (guest star Casper Crump) to a small town in Oregon during the 1950s. Upon arrival, they discover there have been a recent string of murders and they suspect Savage is involved. Professor Stein (Victor Garber) and Sara (Caity Lotz) go undercover at a psychiatric hospital, where Savage is working as a doctor, to find out his plan. While there, Sara meets a nurse named Lindsay (guest star Ali Liebert) and sparks fly. Meanwhile, Ray (Brandon Routh) and Kendra (Ciara Renée) pretend to be a married couple to gain the neighborhood’s trust, but an interracial couple in the ‘50s isn’t something that goes unnoticed. Soon, Savage is at their door. Joe Dante directed the episode written by Sarah Nicole Jones & Cortney Norris.

How would Captain Cold know about those holograms, much less a test given to Rip many years prior to him beginning his revenge quest?

SKOne - 3/3/2016, 6:52 PM
@GAThrawnIGF - Yeah, you're probably right. After thinking about it, I don't think it was probably holograms, maybe a forced coma. I do think that Cold probably read the instruction manual to Waverider by now, I can't think he spends his time watching cool intergalactic tv like Rick and Morty.

Watched the first episode,I have to say its pretty bad.I hope it starts improving but I might be asking too much.

@marvel72 - If you are one of the people who didn't like the first episode you have a 35-65 chance of liking the rest.
Star City episode is a MUST though.

@Scorpo - I've got to catch up,I watch The Flash but I find that hard to watch, its the f*cking supporting cast that gets on my nerves.Gonna start watching Supergirl.
Scorpo
Scorpo - 3/3/2016, 7:39 PM
@marvel72 - Here's my opinion on it all (network only)
Flash > Legends of Tomorrow > Arrow > Supergirl > AOS > Gotham
My opinion changes on this, but that's because of new episodes. As of today this is my order based on ALL episodes. Some people like the last 3 more than Arrow, but like I said, I'm basing my opinion on all episodes. Arrow has more good than bad, so it gets up high. Gotham has more bad than good, so it's low on the list. See what I mean? Obviously Marvel Netflix is very far ahead of most of these, but I would put JJ under Flash or tied with it. It's not as good as Daredevil.
Also I'm sure somebody has said this, but Supergirl gets good about 7 episodes in, the rest are hit or miss for everyone.

@marvel72 @Scorpo - I've been trying to like Flash a lot for a long time. The show is OK to me, but I can't shake that CW teen melodrama feel that oozes out of every single one of their shows. I'm shocked my eyes haven't fallen out from rolling them so much while watching. The whole "I love you but I can't tell you, but now I've told you but I can't love you and now you know I love you and you kinda love me but you don't want to accept it" It's just too much fluff for me. Too much teenage angst pandering for my taster. Daredevil ruined me to every other show.

@Scorpo - Can't stand Arrow and I really can't see the point of Gotham. My brother has seen all of Supergirl and thinks its the best of all the comic book TV shows, well 3rd if you include Daredevil and Jessica Jones.

@Kman - Yeah there is a handful of characters I like in The Flash and most of them are villains.I only watch it now for the action scenes.
Scorpo
Scorpo - 3/4/2016, 6:30 PM
@marvel72 - Gotham has no point, and the fact that people like it is what is amazing about it. Supergirl is really good, especially when Martian Manhunter does stuff. Arrow I only watch because I watch the other CW stuff.

Scorpo
Scorpo - 3/3/2016, 7:16 PM
@Kr08 - Ah well it's mostly because it's got the title thing on it, and there was the whole thing about them showing some form of trailer, but I guess it might not be true.

I just realized that if Rip was still a Time Master until he left, his son's name might not really be Jonas. I doubt he would tell Vandal his family's real names.

I guess since the cast will change every season, they can afford to kill of their characters. Anyone notice that bit where Ray had 2 minutes of oxegen and it took him 20 minutes to pass out?

The cast needed paring down but this is a harsh way to do it. I'm hoping that Snart planted Mick in the future and froze his feet so that he could get away. Somehow Mick forgives and leads the cavalry to help out in the final episode.

I doubt that Captain Cold killed Heatwave, because those two are the highlight of the show. If Hawkgirl gets to live and is the worse member on the team I can't imagine they'd kill off someone who makes the group more exciting.

I would appear Snart killed Mick in.... Cold blood... 😎

My issue with these legends is they don't seem to use common sense/brains. For a time "master", Rip Hunter is stupid. First of all, when making a search party, you don't split up the two members of the team that combine to make Firestorm. Then, when Stein rescued the gang they should have immediately turned to Firestorm to confront the Pirates. Atom would be a better fighter when small because no one would see him. Also Kendra might fight better as Hawkgirl instead of her barista persona.
