The CW has finally released the official trailer for Superman & Lois season three, offering a one-minute preview of what's to come for the Kents this Spring!
Along with getting our first look at the recast Jonathan Kent (Michael Bishop), we see all kinds of trouble in both Smallville and Metropolis, as well as big teases for some of our characters, including a big separation and possible baby news. What we don't get, however, is a first look at Lex Luthor (Michael Cudlitz), but it's probably fair to assume he's likely responsible for some of the aformentioned destruction.
The season three cast features Tyler Hoechlin (Clark Kent/Superman), Elizabeth Tulloch (Lois Lane), Michael Bishop (Jonathan Kent), Alex Garfin (Jordan Kent), Erik Valdez (Kyle Cushing), Inde Navarrette (Sarah Cushing), Wolé Parks (John Henry Irons), Tayler Buck (Natalie Lane Irons), Sofia Hasmik (Chrissy Beppo), Dylan Walsh (Sam Lane), and Emmanuelle Chriqui (Lana Lang Cushing).
Guest stars will include, but are not limited to, David Ramsey (John Diggle), Adam Rayner (Tal-Rho), Michael Cudlitz (Lex Luthor), and Chad L. Coleman (Bruno Mannheim).
Superman & Lois season three premieres on March 14!
Check out the new trailer below:
Clark and Lois are now working at the Smallville Gazette together and enjoying small town life. But the Kents’ romantic bliss only shines a light on how isolating the secret can be, as Chrissy struggles to balance a new love interest and her friendship with Lois. However, Lois’ own work-life balance is put to the test when an undercover assignment reveals a deadly foe that promises to change the Kent family forever. Superman would move heaven and earth for his family, but with a villain this merciless, even that might not be enough.
Meanwhile, the Kent boys find themselves being pulled in opposite directions as Jordan discovers what a superhero-identity really means and Jonathan searches for purpose beyond the football field. Amid all this upheaval, John Henry is haunted by his doppelgänger’s past, leading to dangerous consequences for him and Natalie. Lana Lang and Kyle redefine their family post-separation, while Sarah explores what the future holds for her and Jordan now that she knows the truth about his powers. Having learned the hard way that no one else can be trusted to work with Superman, General Samuel Lane reclaims his post at the Department of Defense, only to face his own conflict in working with his grandson, Jordan.
