OT, but still DC/CW-related--the Thunderbolt's been recast on Stargirl, with Seth Green taking over for Jim Gaffigan:

"My Name is Barry Allen and I'm the Oldest Man Alive".

Caity Lotz should direct more episodes in the show because her direction was quite good.

What started out as some episode that looked like filler ended up being one of the best ones so far in a return to form Season. Their aim was to convey Season 1 vibes with that montage of Flash's daily savings of the citizens while multitasking with playing DnD at Joe's with everyone. I'd like to see more of that.

All heroes should be rewarded with candies from now on, it fits.

They also fooled me into thinking this was gonna be about Barry aging physically on the outsied but it was instead how his organs aged faster from the inside and of all the complications that came with (like that blindness moment), especially when he began to experience dementia through the middle of the episode. But those led to great character moments with Cecile in how to deal with it as well as Barry opening of his fear of even forgetting about Iris if this was not fixed.

And that scene when he stops the evil doctor from aging the whole city came with a lot of Crisis nods, 2nd time it happens in a regular episode besides the Season 2 finale.

Enjoyed too the Singh & Joe subplot, the reunion he had with Barry was nice as well.

And I can't deny any longer that the story is pushing Allegra to start using her powers more on the field after that scene with Singh asking what her code name was and she not being sure of any of that.

Finally Barry did the right thing with stopping Caitlin right there (never thought he would use the EMP skill again) since words were not enough but it's probable this pushes her to do take more drastic measures. Strongest Caitling cliffhanger since Season 3 when she "died" and came back as Killer Frost but this could be more unpredictable than anything else.

Thawne being imprisoned in Lian Yu is fitting given his level of threat and it keeps him away from the city just like how Oliver did it once with Slade.
