The Flash will be off next week for the mid-term elections, but when it returns on November 13th, get ready to meet Rag Doll (Troy James), who has a very unpleasant - and extremely creepy - surprise in store for the Scarlet Speedster (Grant Gustin) and Team Flash.

Meanwhile, Iris (Candice Patton) will be forced to deal with the fallout from Nora's (Jessica Parker Kennedy) revelation and will attempt to rekindle the relationship with her future daughter, but that may be easier said than done. Plus, it looks like we'll also be making some headway on Caitlin's (Danielle Panabaker) search for her missing father (Kyle Secor).

"All Doll'd Up" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-PG, LV) (HDTV)

BARRY AND IRIS TEAM UP TO STOP A DANGEROUS META NAMED RAG DOLL - Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy) lets something slip about the future that devastates Iris (Candice Patton). In an attempt to distract his wife, Barry (Grant Gustin) asks Iris to team up to stop a new meta, Rag Doll (guest star Troy James). Meanwhile, Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) learns something about her father. Phil Chipera directed the episode written by Thomas Pound & Sterling Gates (#505). Original airdate 11/13/2018.

Matching wits with The Thinker, who by season’s end had harnessed the powers of all twelve bus metas he created, stretched Team Flash to their limits, but with the help of some new allies, Barry Allen (aka The Flash) and company were able to put a stop to the Enlightenment and save Central City once again. However, with the arrival of Barry and Iris’ speedster daughter, Nora, who arrived from the future admitting to having made a “big mistake,” things are anything but status quo. Will parenthood be the challenge that finally slows The Flash down?

The Flash features:
Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash
Candice Patton as Iris West-Allen
Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow/Killer Frost
Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon/Vibe
Tom Cavanagh as Dr. Harrison Wells
Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West
John Wesley Shipp as Henry Allen/Jay Garrick
Michelle Harrison as Nora Allen
Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West/Kid Flash
Violett Beane as Jesse Quick
Danielle Nicolet as Cecille Horton
Hartley Sawyer as Ralph Dibny/Elongated Man
Jessica Parker Kennedy as Nora Allen
Chris Klein as Cicada

The Flash returns with an all-new episode on November 13

This was a terrible filler episode, worst episode of the season; incredibly meh. Jesus christ, Nora losing all intellect because she has the hots for Spencer was not only the worst moment of the season, but one of the worst moments in recent history for this show. It was beyond stupid. And the riff between Nora and Iris, the forced drama, its very boring and uninteresting. Nora is coming off as a complete brat and crybaby. Plus, the villain of the week was very lame.

The ONLY good parts to this episode was the meta tech aspect, and the little detective work that they did into learning more about Cicada (which gave us the funny "be sure to check page 2 of google" quote). I also did like Barry sticking up for Iris and defending his wife when Nora was being a brat to her.

So I'm guessing that Cicada's dagger not only came from DeVoe's satellite but also stabbed him, giving him metahuman abilities as well.

I will say though, despite the interesting aspect of the meta tech, I pray to our lord and savior Beebo that this wasn't introduced into the season in order to give us one lame villain of the week after another.

Next week's episode looks pretty neat; they should have shown that this week, in spirit of Halloween. You have failed this holiday Flash!

Episode turned out to be better than I expected because everything ended up leading in the end to knowing more about Cicada even if he took a slightly backseat to the main plot this week but he was still around hiding as the everyman.

Finally it makes sense why Nora isn't that much of an experienced speedster because only 6 months ago in the future she found out that future!Iris had been tampering her powers for her whole life, likely for her safety after Barry goes missing in 2024, so her emotional reaction for feeling deprived from something that defines her along with her family (Barry, Wally) is not illogical.

But that just opens another can of worms: how did she found out? Someone helped her to find out and get that out? I wonder if it was any member of Team Flash and that was why she paid a visit to Cisco, Ralph, Caitlin, Harry and Cecile respectively in S4? That is one of the things that has been teased as to why she met with each of them those 3 and a half times. (Counting the wedding in Crisis on Earth-X to Barry) And also why she avoided Iris after she met Cecile.

Whoever and the howevers of that is likely what Sherloque was suspicious of last week.

Metatech, that's interesting. Nora rewinds time (the way it happened in this ep too against Barry was cool and is also how her ability works, just like she described it to him back in 5x01 when they were in the time vault but it seems involuntary and not mastered yet), punches the STAR LABS satelite along with Barry which changed it's trajectory which was already infused with dark matter from when DeVoe hijacked it in 4x22 and finally the debris doesn't effect most people this time but certain types of technology with dark matter. Thus Spin is borned and also, Cicada and his dagger.

I wonder why he shaped the dagger in the form of a lightning though.

Scenes with Ralph and Sherloque were great. They gotta keep checking his workplace, Szrek Chem factory. Caitlin punching him was funny to find out what he wanted, Cicada suffers from a damaged lung. And it seems Cicada's condition is both worsening and improving at the same time, he's gaining super strength now. (Just like Diaz huh) No wonder he's that strong and why even future Oliver couldn't do much against him. But I feeld bad for him there, that doctor was right about the risk the wound being open.

Was nice to see Joe standing after 3 episodes even if he was leaning against the door. And I missed Cisco this time, first time ever he hasn't been here but the in-universe reason made sense since he faked his death so it has to be a little more believable.

And look at that: Iris being an speedster last Season ended up serving to guide Nora in her first time making whirlwinds to put out the fire while Barry was hypno-tech-zided. It was tied in well.

So yeah good episode due to the plot continuing to advance. I think that's all I have to say.

@NinnesMBC - I wonder was he has been sitting and leaning. Curious if the actor is sick or hurt.

Nora rewinding time/turning it backwards.

Also pretty cool she's LGBT. I remember Todd Helbing saying that they would introduce an LGBT character this year so I guess Nora is the one.

@NinnesMBC - Yeah, it's not like the Arrowverse is in any shortage of LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ representation, right?

Also, the offspring of the very hetero heroes are now 2 for 2 in the gay department.

Rag Doll looks damn creepy, nice that they made him wear the mask. Looks like it is Ralph's time to shine after this "seed-less" anecdote.

I wonder what will Caitlin learn this time in her search for her dad.

I think that and maybe Cicada's condition could lead to the same destination they've been teasing before S5 began, the origin of metas.
