Based on these new photos, it's probably safe to assume that Gypsy's (Jessica Camacho) plan to stop The Thinker (Neil Sandilands) isn't exactly going to work out tonight since the new photos reveal that Team Flash will seek out Amunet Black's (Katee Sackhoff) help during next week's episode.

Meanwhile, Harry (Tom Cavanagh) will be dealt another blow when he gets the boot from the Council of Wells, which forces Cisco (Carlos Valdes) to cheer his friend up by introducing him to an even better group: the Council of Harrisons.

Check out fifteen new promotional stills from episode twenty, titled "Therefore She Is," below:

"Harry and the Harrisons" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-PG, V) (HDTV)

THE TEAM TURNS TO AMUNET BLACK FOR HELP - With DeVoe's Enlightenment device nearly complete, in order to disable it The Flash (Grant Gustin) and his team must put their faith in an unlikely ally - Amunet Black (guest star Katee Sackhoff). Meanwhile, Harry (Tom Cavanagh) hits an all-time low when the "Council of Wells" kicks him out but then Cisco (Carlos Valdes) introduces him to the "Council of Harrisons." Kevin Mock directed the episode written by Judalina Neira & Lauren Certo (#421). Original airdate 5/8/2018.

Last season, Barry Allen aka The Flash used his extraordinary abilities to travel back in time and save his mother’s life, and inadvertently created an alternate timeline known as Flashpoint. The phenomenon not only gave birth to the villainous God of Speed known as Savitar, but changed the lives of Caitlin Snow and Wally West forever. With the help of his adoptive father, Detective Joe West, his fiancée Iris West, and his friends at S.T.A.R. Labs – Cisco Ramon and Harrison Wells -- Barry continues to protect the people of Central City from the meta-humans that threaten it. But first, he’ll have to escape the Speed Force – an extra-dimensional entity teeming with unknown dangers – that Barry sacrificed himself to in order to save Central City.

The Flash features:
Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash
Candice Patton as Iris West-Allen
Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow/Killer Frost
Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon/Vibe
Tom Cavanagh as Dr. Harrison Wells
Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West
John Wesley Shipp as Henry Allen/Jay Garrick
Michelle Harrison as Nora Allen
Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West/Kid Flash
Violett Beane as Jesse Quick
Tom Felton as Julian Dorn
Danielle Nicolet as Cecille Horton
Hartley Sawyer as Ralph Dibny/Elongated Man
Neil Sandilands as Clifford DeVoe/The Thinker

No. She's awful. Stop it.

@Nebula - agreed. I really can't stand Amunet, don't know if it's the actress or the writing, but that character is just terrible.
Flash has just become unbearable, I find myself forced to forward parts of every episode this season. Even Arrow S4 didn't make me feel that way.

@RageDriver2401 - I only realised last time she appeared that her voice is supposed to be a British accent. Like, what the [frick]. It's not an over-the-top performance like (TheDoctor said above). Hela in Thor Ragnarok would be an over-the-top performance, Amunet is just a bad one.

@RageDriver2401 - I said, last episode "I think my standards as getting higher; if this season doesn't stick the landing, and/or season 5 doesn't kick off well, then I'm just out." I honestly don't know why I've been so forgiving of the weekly blatant flaws and plot holes up to now.

@Nebula - I know right? The way she speaks is so annoying. Like what director would look at her and say "Yea that's exactly what we wanted, this is how a bad guy talks."

Feels like a Caitlin heavy-ish episode. We still do not know why they are resorting to Amunet's help now.

Amunet has taken a while to warm up. I appreciate her evil characterization is different from previous recurrent villains. I'd be nice to see her interact with other Rouges like Abra Cadabra or Capt. Cold or even The Trickster Senior, which for me have had the best and last impressions.

And since this is a Flash thread:

...yikes.

I usually love The Flash, but I have a feeling I'm really gonna dislike this episode. I don't like Amunet one bit --- i think she should have been a one and done villain, but "somehow", they keep letting her escape --- and the Council of Wells has to got to be one of the worst creative decisions the writing team has ever done in the show. Like, that episode was BAD even by my very generous standards.

The lightning on that picture on the header though, wow. Makes Flash suit standout a lot more.

Amunet is really lame and cliche. Looking forward to this season of the Flash being over.
