Emilia never said she didn't want to do nude scenes anymore. It was Roz.

There's an article floating around the web about a GoT actress who said she wouldn't do any nude scenes anymore and they used Emilia's face as the headline picture. The thing is, it wasn't her who said it. It was the actress who played Roz. You know, the whore who was not in the books and was added just to get a lead into the brothel and have someone for Littlefiger to spout exposition to. She got written out consequently.
