Myspace layouts are actually created using html style. If you have a general knowledge of CSS and can figure out how myspace lays out its content you can simply use CSS or style sheets to manipulate how the profile looks. I was never able to find any walk through on how to do this specifically for myspace. I just took myspace templates that I liked and figured out how they worked and used my CSS knowledge to modify it how I wanted.
