Not a fan of this casting. He was solid in Stardust, but doesn't have that Matt Murdock vibe. Oh well.

I'm not too familiar with him, but I'll give him a shot regardless.

"[...]in modern day Hell's Kitchen, New York City."

I would have actually liked to see the series take place a few years before everything in the Avenger. I hope we get stand-alone stories that doesn't focus too much on Avengers, but I can't wait to see how this is done though.

staypuffed-look-wise sure,he is more unconventional looking then i imagined Matt to be but i have hear dhe is a pretty good actor.i have talked to two people about this casting and they both love it..one said his character on Boardwalk Empire was suave and charming but also angry, driven and hurt and he played it really well..wouldnt be surprised if that got him the job and i think that sounds Like Matt..lets wait and see, hopefully the costume is great

Spiderman and Xmen would be better on Netfix if reverted back to the MCU. So many characters in both instances

ruadh-yeah he was up for star lord ,so was AARON PAUL,JENSEN ACKLES,MICHAEL ROSENBAUM,JOEL EDGERTON and LEE PACE who james gunn was really impressed with and made him do a test for Ronan and he was impressed with him during that test so he made him Ronan the Accuser , but i think they went with a great choice and the best choice out of those actors and from the trailers in Chris Pratt

Except "modern day Hell's Kitchen" is almost completely gentrified and nobody calls it Hell's Kitchen anymore. The Flaming C would be a more appropriate superhero for West Midtown. I wish they had the balls to set these webseries in the '70s. These characters lend themselves to a grittier, grungier, crimier NYC.

I'm pretty sure Ramon's ass imploded from too much butthurt. He probably plopped like a ballon.
