Surprise! It seems we'll be getting a second season of Luke Cage far sooner than expected, as production on the second season has already begun.

We heard previously that Jessica Jones had begun filming its second season, and Matt Murdock's own actor confirming the third to shoot at the end of the year. However, it seems that yet another Defender is making a surprise leap in devleopment as we speak. In a surprising turn of events, On Location Vacations reported a sighting of a production titled 'Tiara' filming in New York City, which as you may remember is the name of the Luke Cage's production title.

Supporting this possibility of production, three auditions have surfaced for "Tiara 2", featuring the characters of "Mary" and "Byron"

Similarly, in an audition billed for Violet 2, there is an audition for an 'Ingrid', who was reported previously to be among the new cast for the second Season of Jessica Jones. This also lends credence to the idea that a second season of Luke Cage might have a similar naming convention.

If these reports are accurate, it seems we may see Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and Luke Cage all return in the year 2018. Sorry Danny Rand, you may have to wait a bit longer to see if you get your second swing!

What are your thoughts on this? Are you excited to see the Unbreakable Luke Cage return earlier than you may have anticipated? Is this all a big coinicdence? Leave your thoughts in the comments below!
