We're now just one month away from the arrival of Moon Knight on Disney+, and Total Film has shared a new still from the series highlighting Oscar Isaac's Marc Spector. Well, we think it's Marc. There's a good chance we're looking at Steven Grant, the museum gift shop employee with a questionable English accent (which is obviously meant to reflect the fact that he's not who he thinks).
The site also caught up with Moon Knight Head Writer Jeremy Slater to try and get some intel on what the future might hold in store for this character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
"The honest answer is I don’t know," Slater claimed. "Because [Marvel Studios President] Kevin [Feige] is the guy who decides all that stuff. Look, if it was up to me, he would be part of the Avengers. It’s absolutely not up to me, but I think that is the goal!"
It's interesting that the writer seems confident in the chances of Moon Knight crossing paths with Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and this is clearly a character who will be sticking around beyond this show. Director Mohamed Diab, meanwhile, has high hopes for how fans receive the hero's debut. "We did a huge show in a very intimate way, in a way that really feels personal. I’m so proud of that."
Earlier today, Marvel Studios released a very cool new poster featuring Mr. Knight, and with just weeks to go before the series premieres, we're banking on seeing a lot more from this one soon.
Moon Knight arrives on Disney+ on March 30.
