VENOM: LET THERE BE CARNAGE Extended Beach Scene Sees Eddie And Venom Argue About Loving Each Other

Venom: Let There Be Carnage is set to begin streaming on Vudu next week, and we have an extended scene from the end of the movie with Eddie and Venom arguing about falling in love... with each other!

Venom: Let There Be Carnage will be available to watch from home on Vudu from November 23, and the streamer has sent us over an extended scene from the sequel to share with you guys.

At the end of the movie, Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) and Venom are relaxing on a beach following their climactic battle with Carnage (Woody Harrelson), when Eddie tells his symbiote pal that he was serious about them becoming a "lethal protector" going forward.

The original scene ends shortly after, but here the pair bicker for quite a bit longer, with Venom refusing to let go of the notion that his human host may have fallen in love with him.

Let There Be Carnage has performed very well at the box office (it recently passed the $200 million mark domestically), so we're expecting Sony Pictures to officially announce a third movie soon. Whether a potential threequel would finally pit Venom against Spider-Man (Tom Holland) remains to be seen, but this movie's post-credit scene certainly seemed to be teasing the possibility.

I never was a big Venom fan, and mostly remember him from the McFarlane days, but since when is he "gay"?

I thought he was a ruthless symbiote who does nothing but kill. I don't think being "romantic" heterosexually or homosexually is high on his priority list. Who comes up with this knuckle dragging pandering horseshit?

@Feralwookiee - there have several times that a love between them has been mentioned in the comics. Never said it was a romantic love.

@Feralwookiee - I don't think for one second they were talking about sex, so Venom isn't gay.

Love was meant as you would love a friend, a sibling, etc.

"Love" doesn't always mean "sex".

@Feralwookiee - P.S. My tone in my statement was meant for your statement, not you.

I apologize if it came off as somewhat negative in some way (I don't know; people interpret the f#ck out of things sometimes).

@LSHF - Sure. But I would assume that Venom's character doesn't have time to, nor care about neither. Lol

@tBHzHomer - Gothcha. Like I wrote, I've mostly checked out since the early 90's Venom.

@Feralwookiee - but since when is he "gay"?

It was a Parker, Brock, Venom love triangle from about 1985 to 1993. Peter broke up with symbiote for trying to control his life, symbiote went to bad boy to try to make Peter jealous but regularly tried to get back with Peter, eventually came to want to stay with Brock.
