Sony Pictures has confirmed that tickets for Venom: Let There Carnage are now on sale and after that recent announcement, you'll be able to check the sequel out on October 1 instead of October 15!
The release date was brought forward following the recent success of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings at the box office, and seeing as 2018's Venom was a massive financial hit, chances are this follow-up is going to do big numbers (even during what's become known as the "pandemic era").
Hyping up the fact tickets are on sale is a new poster from Screen X teasing the clash between Venom and Carnage. Seeing these two share the screen together...well, that promises to be a sight to behold.
We'll have a lot to share with you from Venom: Let There Be Carnage over the coming weeks, including an exclusive interview with director Andy Serkis. Keep checking back here for that and much more.
"Tom Hardy returns to the big screen as the lethal protector Venom, one of Marvel's greatest and most complex characters," reads a brief synopsis that was released on the movie's newly launched website earlier this year. "Directed by Andy Serkis, the film also stars Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris and Woody Harrelson, in the role of the villain Cletus Kasady/Carnage."
Venom: Let There Be Carnage stars Tom Hardy, Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris, Reid Scott, Stephen Graham, and Woody Harrelson. It's set to be released in theaters on October 1, 2021.
