VENOM: LET THERE BE CARNAGE Poster Teases The First Big Screen Meeting Between Venom And Carnage

Tickets for Venom: Let There Be Carnage are now on sale, and a new poster for the movie has dropped which teases the epic clash between Venom (Tom Hardy) and Carnage (Woody Harrelson). Check it out...

Sony Pictures has confirmed that tickets for Venom: Let There Carnage are now on sale and after that recent announcement, you'll be able to check the sequel out on October 1 instead of October 15!

The release date was brought forward following the recent success of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings at the box office, and seeing as 2018's Venom was a massive financial hit, chances are this follow-up is going to do big numbers (even during what's become known as the "pandemic era").

Hyping up the fact tickets are on sale is a new poster from Screen X teasing the clash between Venom and Carnage. Seeing these two share the screen together...well, that promises to be a sight to behold.

We'll have a lot to share with you from Venom: Let There Be Carnage over the coming weeks, including an exclusive interview with director Andy Serkis. Keep checking back here for that and much more.

"Tom Hardy returns to the big screen as the lethal protector Venom, one of Marvel's greatest and most complex characters," reads a brief synopsis that was released on the movie's newly launched website earlier this year. "Directed by Andy Serkis, the film also stars Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris and Woody Harrelson, in the role of the villain Cletus Kasady/Carnage."

Venom: Let There Be Carnage stars Tom Hardy, Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris, Reid Scott, Stephen Graham, and Woody Harrelson. It's set to be released in theaters on October 1, 2021.

I thought the first movie was OK, but i really like Woody, so I’m holding out hope.

@WeAreDenim - I really want something positive to come out of this, but mostly I don't have expectations for this one.

That's a cool poster, I just hope the movie is good, and better than the first one. I hope they eventually bring Spider-man into this venom world, it just doesn't feel right without Spider-man.

@PrinceOfPersia - Let’s hope that Far From Home uses the a spider-verse angle to make that happen.

@PrinceOfPersia - you don’t go see it you will never get your answer

This poster does a really good job of illustrating how bad of a job they did differentiating Carnage's design from Venom's. Also after seeing the trailer for this movie again when I watched Shang-chi I could help but notice.. why is Venom afraid of "a red one" when he just killed a much bigger symbiote at the end of the last movie?

@Ha1frican - Carnage is far scarier and menacing than Riot. It's more so about the ruthless intent born of being bonded to a sociopath...or is it psychopath, I can never remember.

@Ha1frican - "Why is Venom afraid of "a red one" when he just killed a much bigger symbiote at the end of the last movie?"

Because these movies are made BY idiots and FOR idiots.

@The1st - I suppose we dont know the full context but it seems like hes just scared at the sight of another symbiote by the trailer

@Ha1frican - why does size equal power here? Carnage has always been smaller than most symbiotes despite being one of the most powerful.

Ha1frican - 9/8/2021, 1:27 PM
@Origame - What I meant was bigger than himself. He didnt seem to hesitate fighting Riot but now suddenly hes afraid of just the sight of another symbiote? It just doesnt really make sense

Need to rewatch the first one, I haven’t watched it since I saw it once in theaters. Wasn’t too impressed but it’s mindless fun, and it’s Venom. Not expecting anything Oscar worthy lol

I like Woody Harrelson so I’m cautiously optimistic for this

@thelastson18 - it’s comic book movie no comic book movie has won Oscar or oft nominated excpet for dark knight reason for heath ledger death of ledger didn’t die that movie would not have ever won and got nominated ,

Same reason black panther got nominated Actor play panther died I am surprised it didn’t win anything since samething was done t the dark knight

The last 30 minutes of the movie was good and I liked the bits where the symbiote was jumping from host to host.

The rest of the movie was shit,I am hoping this outing is a lot better.

Can’t wait for the next dark goo versus slightly different dark goo nighttime showdown....

@WeaponXCII - I'm personally psyched for when the CGI goos fight in an incomprehensible slow-motion splooge fest.
