VIDEO GAMES: New Characters Unveiled In Story Trailer For MORTAL KOMBAT X

This first story trailer for the next game in the Mortal Kombat series reveals some new playable characters. Joining Cassie Cage will be Jacqueline Briggs, Takashi Takeda, Kung Jin, Sindel and Mileena.

Today, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment released the Who’s Next? – Official Mortal Kombat X Story Trailer, showcasing the new generation of characters as they join forces to fight against the power hungry clone Mileena and her Outworld rebel army. Taking place 25 years after the events of Mortal Kombat™ (2011), the new generation of characters will discover that Outworld is not the only threat they face. Fans will get a first look at the newest fighters to join Cassie Cage, including Jacqueline Briggs, daughter of Jax, Takashi Takeda, son of Kenshi and Kung Jin, descendant of Kung Lao.

Mortal Kombat X will be out on April 14 for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PC.

Yes, these cinematic cutscenes are underwhelming. However, go watch gameplay videos and then tell me the graphics look bad. Actual gameplay has the best fighting game graphics to date. Its pretty amazing looking.

Graphics whores all over the [frick]ing place. They don't even look bad. Sometimes I wonder why I read the comments.

And the variation system is enough to guarantee that this game will not play like MK9.
