Warner Bros. Find A Writer For Michelle MacLaren's WONDER WOMAN

The movie that some fans still believe will never happen is moving along at a good pace, with a writer now close to being officially on board Wonder Woman. Pan scribe Jason Fuchs is in talks to write the screenplay according to The Hollywood Reporter, and director Michelle MacLaren will apparently work closely with him on the drafts. She's also directing of course, and has a very impressive track record which includes the likes of Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones. Fuchs other credits include Ice Age: Continental Drift and Big Thunder. Gal Gadot is attached to star and the movie is set to be released on July 17th, 2017. The first trailer for Pan was met with a mixed response, but the studio must have liked what they saw to give the writer such a high profile and important gig! The site also mentions that he's working on a sequel to that as well. Thoughts?

They can hire whoever they want to write the script...as long as Michelle MacLaren has a say in the decision. They already hired the actress without her input, she deserves to have SOME control over the factors that go into the movie.

So much for that bullshit story that this movie was going to be set in the 1920's.

Well We'll have to see Pan for a taste. Michelle Maclaren is working closely with the scriptwriter and she's good so we'll see.

I'm assuming this is a "place holder" article and you are going to change up the wording instead of copying it word for word ;)

Good grab.. beat me to it

@Pasto - Touché. I'm hoping for the former, and with McLauren directing I think it'll be pretty good.

Isn't there a piece of an exchange in Pan that goes

"Are you here to kill me Peter?"

"I don't believe in fairy tails..."

We can't judge the writer yet lets wait until Pans comes out so we can have an idea of what he can do. Also he's written Pan by himself, so let's see.

@Pasto to be fair they probably cut some parts for the trailer that make it seem like he said those lines.

Wow, young dude. 28 seems kinda young to be writing projects like this and Pan. He hasn't done much either, so Pan and this will really be our first glimpse of him. I'm rooting for him not only because I want the film to be good (first and foremost), but seeing a potentially young talent like him is always unique and encouraging to see.

Now I just want some clarification on how to pronounce this writer's last name: Jason Fuchs? Fuchs!
