Lynda Carter, who played the Amazon princess on the classic live-action Wonder Woman TV series commented on who she believes should take over the role in the anticipated Joss Whedon directed movie.

Lynda told reporters in LA: "People have talked about Sandra Bullock but she's too old, and so is Catherine Zeta-Jones."

"You want someone that is really fresh. I think she should be an unknown and about 20-years-old."

Meanwhile, Kate Beckinsale who will be starring in the upcoming 'Underworld: Evolution' says she would like to play the role herself.

"I dressed up as her last Halloween so it would be good to do it again."
