We recently found out that Wonder Woman had surpassed Sam Raimi's Spider-Man as the highest-grossing superhero origin movie, and now Rotten Tomatoes has named Patty Jenkins' first solo outing for DC's Amazon Princess as their best-reviewed superhero flick of all time.
While Wonder Woman doesn't actually have the highest percentage rating of the movies listed in the top 5, RT has used Bayesian inference (Google is your friend) to determine the results.
Here's how they stack up using this method:
Wonder Woman(108.549%)
Logan (107.954%)
The Dark Knight (106.313%)
Spider-Man: Homecoming (105.957%)
Thor: Ragnarok (105.511%).
Jenkins responded to the news with the following Tweet:
Gal Gadot will return as Diana in Justice League, and Warner Bros. will be hoping that the film manages to replicate Wony's success when it hits theaters on November 17.
