'Angel' Learns To Fly & 'Xavier' Rocks The Bald Look In X-MEN: APOCALYPSE Set Pics

Principal photography for Bryan Singer's X-Men: Apocalypse is well underway in Montreal, and a few new sneaky set photos have given us a better look at James McAvoy's bald 'Charles Xavier'. Meanwhile, 'Angel' actor Ben Hardy has been learning how to fly - check it out!

David Ayer's Suicide Squad may be stealing all of the headlines as far as leaked set photos go, but it's worth remembering that filming for Bryan Singer's X-Men: Apocalypse is well underway in Montréal too. Hollywood PQ managed to snap a few photos of James McAvoy rocking the bald look as the newly-shaved 'Charles Xavier'. He was also joined on set by Nicholas Hoult, who plays 'Hank McCoy'.

Perhaps more exciting was an image posted earlier today by actor Ben Hardy on his official Twitter feed. The BTS pic showed Hardy (who will portray a young 'Angel' in the film), training in mid-air with stuntman Shane M. Habberstad. You can check it out below:

McAvoy looks like he came out of the X-Men Legends 2 video game.

Has anyone else seen those pics of him in what appears to be some Zombie movie? He's rocking the same look, guess a lot of people thought he was filming for Apocalypse.

Hoping that Hardy goes blue for Archangel as well.

It just hit me how much more epic the empire magazine issue for this film will be compared to Days of Future Past. People going to Comic Con are going to be so lucky the trailers/teasers for the Fox panel are going to be insane.

Hell yeah, I hate Xavier but McAvoy killed the last movie. Best performance in the film and that says alot when you have co stars like Fassbender, Jackman, J Law, Hoult, Dinklage, McKellan and all other great actors DOFP
