The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. The beloved characters from the original “X-Men” film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from “X-Men: First Class,” in an epic battle that must change the past – to save our future.

X-Men: Days Of Future Past will be directed by Bryan Singer ("Usual Suspects"). The cast includes: Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Ian McKellen, Jennifer Lawrence, Halle Berry, Peter Dinklage, Nicholas Hoult, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Lucas Till, Evan Peters, Daniel Cudmore, Booboo Stewart, Omar Sy, Fan Bingbing, Evan Jonigkeit, Adan Canto and Josh Helman, X-Men: Days Of Future Past hits UK cinemas on May 22 and US cinemas the following day.

Magneto and Mystique, the stars of the XMen franchise since 2011, right after Wolverine.

Yeah yeah, this is a XMEN movie and they should be the biggest characters, but this is how the creative team feels.

"okay enough about helmets. what about the movie? it was interesting to see singer adding scenes that weren't in the script. perhaps why this film has such a MASSIVE budget - building unexpected sets and such. i thought the costumes looked great though and the sequence with magneto seems to work nicely."

Sounds like a TON of work for just a couple minutes of screen time.
I'm guessing Mystique doesn't agree with the plan, so she decides to assassinate the people behind the Sentinels. Kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy in which she indirectly causes the mutant apocalypse. It would've sounded great, had the plan not already been moot considering how the Sentinels target EVERYONE as mutants, not just the superpowered ones... it's gonna happen no matter what.

Why the [frick] would he have to make it? Imhe allready had the one shaw made AND! They changed the look of it. I hope there's some explanation to that AND why Charles is walking.

Brandon, it says right in the feature, he doesn't make it, he gets it from the mutant artifacts vault. It looks different likely because its all battle worn from his last confrontation.

As for Xavier walking, watch the movie!

Ok just so people know this is kind of spoilerish. Beast helps Charles walk again by creating a sort of serum that temporarily cures his paralysis. The issue is that it also prevents him from using other powers which I'm guessing is his telepathy. Charles struggles throughout the film on whether he wants to walk and have his other powers nullified or if he's finally comfortable being in a wheelchair for the rest of his life.

Getting to see Xavier battle with being paralyzed for the rest of his life seems to me like one of the very interesting aspects of his history, yet people still want to pretend Singer and co. just accidentally forgot he's paralyzed.

So basically he has to walk for certain scenes to work. Looks like I was right.
