Avengers has Thor/Hulk, X-Men has Wolverine/Jean Grey... tough call. Wolverine is tough to beat, but Thor can probably electrocute everyone, or Iron Man can nuke them with missiles, so it'll be every Avengers now vs. Wolverine. Yeah, Avengers win.
