Being sterile is a gift, no more having to use condoms with strangers. Heck that saves me some money right there.

McAvoy killed it in this movie. Best lead performance I've seen in a CBM since Tom Hanks in Road to Perdition.

I think I secretly like the idea of a woman's tubes being tied because it means my soldiers die a horrible death in a maze that never ends. I must be a bad person. :(

Or a cantaloupe that's been microwaved and then had a hole cut out so it's all warm and mushy--I don't want to have this conversation anymore.

@ dellamorte

The majority of the people on this site who are saying that movie is great (I being one) are not claiming that is a true DOFP story. But the movie itself was very good to say the least and do not get me wrong I personally do not see Ellen Page carry the movie if she traveled back in time.

Also sometimes there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. Heck everyone bitched about the long fight sequences in MOS, so imagine if there was a lot of screen time for the Sentinels?

I do have a question

SPOILER.

ok the Future Sentinels were able to defeat the mutants because the got Mystique's DNA and it allowed them to adapt to the mutant's power well the last time I checked Mystique powers only allow her to look like people not there powers that would be Rogue so explain that part to me

END OF SPOILER
JoeMomma29
JoeMomma29 - 5/27/2014, 10:03 AM
@ Shadearts

They used Mystique's DNA for the ability to adapt not copy powers......it was kind of confusing.
shadearts
shadearts - 5/27/2014, 10:08 AM
Yeah but the Sentinels were using the mutant's powers against the mutants were they not wasn't that the premise of how they beat the mutants
shadearts
shadearts - 5/27/2014, 10:11 AM
And once again thats not Mystique's power to adapt thats Darwin's powers. Mystique's power is to look like people

@ Shadearts

I presume Trask was harvesting certain mutant abilities and he could infuse them into the Sentinels but the Sentinels could not adapt to different mutants hence why he used Mystique's DNA. Now granted it was a far stretch in the movie but that was the reason why they showed Autopsy photos of mutants and how Trask was ahead of his time by being able to isolate DNA of mutants.
