Man Killed After Dispute Over 300: RISE OF AN EMPIRE
On Monday, 23-year-old Texas man, Michael Emerson, was run over at his local theater by a white Ford pick-up truck shortly after getting into a dispute with a fellow movie theater patrons over the possibility of 300: Rise Of An Empire having a sequel.
On Sunday, Michael Emerson (image on right) and a few of his friends went to Silverado Movie Theater in Tomball, Texas to view a late show of the new film, 300: Rise of an Empire. Went the film concluded early Monday morning, Emerson's and his group of friends entered the theater's bathroom. There, they discussed the possibility of the film having a sequel. At that point, another group that was in the bathroom as well got into the discussion and the conversation evolved into a heated argument.
The confrontation moved outside, where Emerson verbally confronted the men as they got into their truck. The driver pumped the truck backwards in reverse, plowing into Emerson, who fell to the ground and later died at a hospital as the suspects took off, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

It will land in theaters March 7th, 2014.
