In this Friday's episode of Young Justice, newcomer heroine Artemis must prove herself to the team, though she has an uphill battle winning over her new teammates. She is attempting to complete a mission that Red Arrow initiated, which is to save a brilliant young scientist from the League of Shadows.

hate, as much as I want to like it its worse then smallvile and the writing is about the same last weeks episode was lame, I mean come on it takes 10 members of the league to take out Amazo, but Robin and the funky bunch can do it in a HS gym. After they get their asses handed to them by a bunch of Robot monkeys. This show really should stop while its ahead and reformat its self. It has great art and good character design with the exception of green arrowette, and the bad guys that look like no work is put into them. so in the Past two weeks we have had Bane and Amazo punked by a bunch of half baked crime fighters who minutes before couldnt even get out eachothers way. LAME LAME LAME, Wayto go DC way to ruin another great franchise

young justice is not bad..its exactly what i thought it would be like. JLU was a beast, but they were dealing with a bit more complexity later own in the series, it started off pretty slow and simple when it was just the justice league. YJ is going to jump off as a good show

Thank god BRAVE AND THE BOLD is gone That show is the worst incarnation of Batman I have ever seen in my life!

YOUNG JUSTICE FREAKING RULES!

The animation is amazing..the story lines not the greatest but the animation totally makes up for it

the only real problem I have with it is
Superman acts like Batman and batman acts like Superman..

In young justice Superman is a Jerk and Batman seems like the nice one..

Personally it feels like this version of Superman wasn't raised in Smallville because theres no way Superman would be so unaccepting of Superboy, Superman is no longer the last Kryptonian he should be excited and embrace Superboy... But nope they wanted to make batman superman and superman act like batman...Its silly but kinda cool.

@ArrionShadow Batman the brave and the bold was a great show...yeah i hated it at first but then i grew to love it.
1)"the storyline is not the greatest", I hate when people say that what the [frick] do you expect only 5 episodes have been released, THE F-ING STORY HASN'T EVEN DEVELOPED YET!!!...and so far the mystery behind the members of the Light, Professor Ivo, T.O. Morrow, Speedy. They all have a role to play in a bigger developing plot for a season of 26 episodes.

what a stupid statement, the show also incorporates character development and basically emotions in a sense to make the characters feel more "organic". Think about it realistically, how will you react to finding out that you have been cloned. Plus we all know that Superman will eventually accept him. Imagine how dull it would be if Superman just accepts Superboy right from the start.

I don't understand how anyone can say they hate YJ or Avengers. If you don't like it, don't watch it. I don't care for Supernatural, but I like Fringe.I'm not gonna call Supernatural lovers stupid, I just don't watch it.YJ is very good and Avengers is very good and guess what? I watch them both. I'd like to give all you trolls a tissue so you can wipe your whiny @$$ cry baby eyes.(see how immature that is?? accomplished nothing.)

@MaddMonkk For me i have watched all the episode so far of both series. Hmmm well I'm fully on board with Young Justice, I have no complains with this series and love every aspect of the show.
But for AEMH, the scenes dialog gets to me at times for instance when Wasp is trying to be funny or telling a joke and I JUST HATE THE ART, I cant get pass or stand the UGlY Character designs, but overall I like the story and the series too. Personally I wouldn't rate it over Young Justice but its still a pretty good show and I may continue watching it.

It is the same shit we went through we Teen Titans. Teen problems. Omg Superman doesn't like me, I'm going to pout about it like a dumbass. People are fanboying this shit like crazy. The animation might be good, but the characterization and plots are just horrible. Brave and the Bold is a much better cartoon.

@Freshkicks1212- I see your point,I think I like all the characters Avengers has spotlighted or shown in cameos so far,but i hear YJ is supposed to have over 100 different characters in this season alone. It's just sweet to see all them (marvel & DC) on the screen i guess.

Sooo are those gills on the BLACK aqualads neck? Its an awesome show except for emo superboy. I like how Kid Flash is always eating too... Remember the Flash show from the '90s? There was an episode where Barry eats all of these cops' doughnuts :)

I absolutely LOVED Brave and the Bold. That show was a lot of fun, and I loved how they used a lot of obscure villains for the series, not just trotting out the same old guys we've seen a jillion times. Plus hey- they did the best Aquaman ever! Outrageous! I'm really sorry to see it go so soon.

As for Young Justice, I could find faults with it to nitpick, but I'm enjoying this series too much. They seem to still be setting everything up and getting all the characters into play, which is not unusual for a new series. I see a fun ride ahead once all the pieces are in place.

YOOOOOO!!!! I love Young Justice... Since we are losing Brave and The Bold... YOung Justice will definitely suffice as a DC replacement...

Meanwhile... The Avengers show sucks... Id rather watch SuperHero Squad with my son. Seriously. - MARVEL should cancel all their animation projects (except Planet Hulk was Bad Ass) and stick to making movies.

I'm a fan of both Avengers and YJ. Sure the animation style is sh*t on AEMH, but IMO they more than made up for it with story development & characterization.

As for Artemis, as unlikely as it may be, I almost think she's the new version of Terra Markov. She's stayed in the shadows all this time only to now jump out as a hero/addition to the team, GA didn't train her, and the episode is titled "infiltrator". All that just screams SHE'S A SPY to me. I'm probably wrong though.

@thelastdalek I agree with you 100%. Alot of people are forgetting the target audience for these cartoons. Avengers does have a different animation style and has some simple humor, but it also has hidden stuff for us fanboys.Thor is dumber than a bag of hammers and Cap is starting to take charge. Cap yelling at Hulk and Hulk listened.It's great.
YOUNG JUSTICE is very well written and is just developing. Superboy isn't emo, he isn't very socialable because he was a frickin weapon, that's all he knows! Robin knew when to step back, true leadership qualites. Aqualad is going to be hard to write in every episode, but they're doing it.It's great
