A rating fairly similar to Marvel Studios' last two big-screen outings, their anticipated Joss Whedon-directed "superhero team-up of a lifetime," The Avengers, has finally received it's own classification. Marvel's The Avengers received this classification so late is possibly due to the last-minute inclusion of a heavily rumored "extra scene" AFTER the credits; a mid-credits scene was shown in early screenings. What do you think?
