The monologue actually starts at 2:00, but check out the voice of The Joker from Batman: Arkham Origins recite one of the most eery and amazing monologues of The Joker from Alan Moore's The Killing Joke. The Joker is voiced by Troy Baker, who played Hawkeye and Loki in Ultimate Spider-Man and Booker DeWitt in Bioshock Infinite as well as one of the lead male voices in Saints Row 3 and 4. Baker and all the other voice actors were given a huge pile of material to read during their audition, and this is one of the pieces that made him get the job. Convinced of his voice, now? Funny enough that Hamill did the voice of another Goblin, the Hobgobling, in the 90's Spider-Man animated series.

I mean of course hamill is the definitive, but this guy has the ability to do an almost near perfect impersonation of hamills joker. and hes young, this way that voice, that specific iteration of the joker, wont be leaving us for a good long while, and that makes me more than happy

Man, he is such a talented voice actor. His best role was definitely Joel in "The Last of Us." Best video game ever.

But yeah, he seems like he'll be a great Joker.

They really need to make an animated movie of Killing Joke. It is probably my all time favorite graphic novel and they need to bring Mark Hamill back for it. I know he did say that if they did make a Killing Joke movie he would do it. That needs to be his last turn as the Joker.

The Killing Joke is not only my all time favorite comic book story, but it's my favorite piece of literature in general. I've read that book more times than I can count.

True enough.

Mark Hamill did define the voice of the joker, so at this point to reuse that same voice type is to impersonate Mark in a way.

Joking aside (pun?), Mark Hamill did an amazing job.
It's the best work of his career in my opinion.

A lot of people seem to cite he's doing an impression of Hamill, however I think it's definitely his own interpretation, with a little pinch of Mark's.

He sounds like the perfect young Joker. I am totally behind them casting Troy for Assault on Arkham!

He was alright. He has the laugh, but is way to serious in the delivery. Kudos, me thinks, goes to the writer of this monologue: What great imagery and insanity!

He in my opinion has the best Hawkeye, Loki, Robin, Two Face, and one of the best Joker voices but not the best as always Mr. Mark Hamill has the best but I think Baker has a really awesome voice as Joker
