God I hope it has nothing to do with Robin, but that arena immediately made me think, "Large-scale circus where the Flying Graysons get did in?"

@ flames809

Nolan is a great director and his Batman movies made other comic book movie like a stupid joke
mbembet - 4/14/2011, 3:48 PM

i'm just saying them movies didn't make all other comicbook movies look like a stupid joke.

personally i thought iron man,spider-man 2,the incredible hulk,blade,superman the movie,superman 2 & batman(89).

are all better than nolans batman films.

@SentinelofLiberty and huatist

plus, I dunno, instead of shooting Grayon's parents, Bane blows up the ENTIRE arena? seems a bit overkill.

still, after the hospital evacuation / two-face & joker scene / explosion in DKR, I'm sure the context will be awesome.

Dunno, here in Vegas, the "big circus" often comes to the Thomas and Mack center. I'm sure there are special circuses that are huge in scale, when they are a part of some larger program. Dunno, just kind of reminded me of that place they used for the circus in Batman Forever.

write33, I agree it's overkill, but seems to me just the kind of thing Bane might do in order to create chaos, knowing it would be the kind of thing to draw Batman out of hiding...

You thought Superman 2 was better than Batman Begins and The Dark Knight? Wow.

I guess Snyder's Zod is gonna blow some people's minds then.

sounds awesome!
but i dunno, im still sticking by the belief that nolan chose p-burg for its three rivers, so he could unveil batmans newest vehicle, the bat boat! ;)

I wish it was a scene where the circus comes to town. At least it would be a hint to The Grasyons. I can def see Nolan going over the top with this movie.
