"I don’t know what exactly influenced him, but we were there on that set some and that movie looks like it’s going to be really good." she said in a recent interview with MTV News. "He looks great in it."

I think that Maggie Gyllenhaal handled the question "Will you be back?" much better than Eckhart, who keeps giving fans hope that his clearly dead character is coming back.

I don't think she was as pretty as Kaite Holmes but she was much more talented when it came to acting. When I first saw the movie I was thinking "Katie who?". She was that good.

She's a decent enough actress but Batman 3 wont suffer without her. The whole Rachel Dawes character was a waste of time regardless of who was playing her...I'm glad she's dead, lol! I had no idea that Gyllenhaal was married to Sarsgaard though!

Good actress..great at times actually(Crazy Heart, Secretary) but was pretty bad in Batman. And I use the word pretty because she is the antithesis of it! Sorry thats bad, but yeah, not my cuppa tea at all.

1. Harley Quinn WILL function as the axis of the stroyline in Batman 3.
2. She will execute further anarchy, per Joker, who is ONE of her inmates/patients at ARKHAM.
3. She will use other rogues, both from inside and outside the asylum to execute this anarchy by proxy.
4. Batman's redemption, in the eyes of Gotham, will result from the capture of these rogues and their prosecution.
5. Other minor themes will include the rebuilding of Wayne Manor and the Batcave...it's all about restoration. How 'bout that?

i think she's kinda cute, I wana squish her nose, that kinda cute. But I agree, I really didn't like her in Batman (suprised I can remember but this has brought back memories of it) and I remember thinking she was incredibly dull.

I think she's a peach, and a terrific actress to boot.

The Rachel Dawes character, though, was a plot device. Regardless who was playing her.

She was much better than Katie Holmes at Rachel Dawes (she is a hottie too!). But I thought it was one of the best things about the Dark Knight when she died. They had the balls to kill off the love interest for once and make her stay dead. They did it in the right movie too. It can leave it open for the third one which could have Bruce have a dark love interest in Catwoman which he wouldnt have had without Rachel's death. And if they have any sense, the fourth Batman movie will be a loose continuation of Nolan's movies under a new director, but Dawes was an original Nolan character so it would make sense not to have her in any non-Nolan future movies. Vicki Vale or Talia Al Ghul or some other love interest for a fourth movie
