Letitia Wright Confirmed To Return As Shuri For Both AVENGERS 4 And BLACK PANTHER 2

This probably shouldn't come as a surprise but it's been confirmed that Letitia Wright will be reprising the role of T'Challa's sister Shuri in both the Avengers: Infinity War sequel and Black Panther 2...

Thanksgiving is on the horizon so it appears as if Hollywood is dropping as much news as possible before the holidays arrive. Today, it's been revealed that John Boyega (Star Wars Episode IX) and Letitia Wright (Black Mirror) will be teaming up for a movie called Hold Back The Stars. The sci-fi adventure was penned by Christy Hall and is set to be directed by Mike Cahill.

It's described as Romeo & Juliet meets Gravity and the book it's based on features the couple revisiting memories of their love affair on a utopian Earth while they are trapped in the vast void of space with only 90 minutes of oxygen left.

The big news here for comic book fans, though, is the fact that the trade confirms Wright will be reprising the role of Shuri in both Avengers 4 and Black Panther 2. That's probably not news which will surprise you but seeing as the character's fate was left a mystery at the end of Avengers: Infinity War (we never saw whether she was turned to dust), this is still good to know.

Are you excited to see more of Shuri? Do you think she could suit up as the Black Panther in T'Challa's absence? As always, weigh in with your thoughts in the comments section down below.
