While still making the rounds for his new drama film, Black or White, Anthony Mackie has teased his return as Sam Wilson, aka The Falcon, this time during an interview with Collider as well as an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. When the former news outlet had asked about Captain America: Civil War, Mackie revealed that he had read the latest draft by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely. "Let’s just say it’s a wing-ding-doozy of a time," he said. "The great thing about it is, after seeing Avengers I joked and said Captain America 2 was Avengers 1.5. Now with Avengers 2 coming out… Captain America 3 is so far beyond Avengers 2.5 and onto the realm of Avengers 3.8. It’s by far one of the most stupendous rides Marvel has put together."

Meanwhile, during his chat with Jimmy Fallon, Anthony Mackie had joked that losing his wings in Captain America: The Winter Soldier couldn't make Marvel get rid of him that easy. "[if] I got one wing, I'm coming back," he said of returning for Captain America: Civil War. For the full interview, in which Mackie recalls seeing kids dressed as the Falcon for Halloween as well as the time he was accused of "dafacing" some 'Falcon' posters at an arts and crafts store, watch the video below!

Directed by Joe & Anthony Russo, Captain America: Civil War stars Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Chadwick Boseman, Frank Grillo, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie & Daniel Brühl, with appearances by Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, and Samuel L. Jackson expected. The film opens May 6, 2016
