Captain America: The First Avenger" will focus on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) and Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull (Hugo Weaving.)

Fingers crossed that this will be a GOOD, solid, stand alone movie. Evans has the potential to make this seem real. I'm only worried about The Avengers continuation. All those multi-colored, out-there costumes in one frame. All those potentially cheesy one-liners. Captain America may be the Watershed from which the other franchise cross-overs fail.

The Red Skull does look great.
But I just can't seem to get excited for this film. I can't get passed Evans as Cap.

u still play nintendo in this HD age? are you 50+, still attached to mario,zelda and pacman?don't tell me own a wii and the boner that comes with it which they call wiimote?check out the awesome MW3,Uncharted 3,Mass Effect 3,Far Cry 3 and BF3..those are mind blowing stuff :P

Hard to get excited. Looks great but same reaction before Thor was released. I don't want to be disappointed with a figure as great as Captain America. We will see wen the movie comes out.
