With a little over two weeks left 'til Marvel and Joe Johnston's Captain America: The First Avenger film releases in theaters, more goods for the much-anticipated film are being revealed. And the latest comes from Epix, and their new look behind-the-scenes, though non-revealing. Offering a fair amount of cast interviews as well, with BTS snippets, check out the two featuettes below.







Captain America: The First Avenger focuses on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes and Peggy Carter to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull. Starring Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Tommy Lee Jones, Hayley Atwell, Samuel L. Jackson, Stanley Tucci and Hugo Weaving, the film releases July 22, 2011.

YES!! I loved all the big city promotion for Thor and I'm super glad that Cap is getting the same treatment. I want this film to pull in huge numbers at the box office!!

lol the movie isnt even called captain america in most countries, what fail. are they going to blur out american flags as well to please all the other countries. Maybe theyll call him Captain Britain in the UK.

No, it won't be best Marvel movie.
Patos, blows, looks like X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
This is movie about WWII, because it doesn't look like.
Red Skull looks like a badass in black suit and red mask, not Nazi.

@RedSkull I'm kind of in your corner.. Honestly, I gave less attention to Cap then I did any of the other "Avengers" growing up. But I have to say, this has the potential and looks like it could be the best out of all the other four set-up films: (IronMan, Incredible Hulk, IronMan2, Thor)
