I'm not a fan of octo-spidey. Not at all. That being said, Cyclops is now beyond annoying. That d-bag should've been killed off by now. So I very much welcome octo-spidey thrashing cyclops...

I've kept up with for the x-books for the most part, but i havent read any of this superior spidey b.s. i hope Summers figures out spidey's not spidey and rectifies that shi*!!

It would be awesome if Scott figures it out, and kicks his ass. Someone needs to stop this. I was on board at first and I actually bought and read the first 6 but the superior Spider-Man is inferior to all versions of the character and although the stories have been decent I miss the real Spider-Man and I can't wait to see how he wins this one.

Let me get this straight:

The Avengers are Spidey's teammates, they fight him, they check him out to see if he's a fake, and they put him on probation. They don't notice he's not acting like himself.

Cyclops, on the other hand, notices that Spider-Man's different just by the way he's viciously attacking him and not making a joke.


... Unbelievable.

Can't we just have Ock's body resurrected, put him mind back in his old self and bring back Peter Parker back from the dead into his old body already? Seriously, just because sales are up, doesn't mean the idea and/or stories with SpOck are good. Sales were up during The Clone Saga and look how fondly THAT got remembered by fans.
