This is basically how the story of Batman and the Reed Hood would go if revised in live action, line for line screen for screen like a movie.
My take, there will be a small part about the cast at the end that I've mildly revised.
Movie opens with Warner Bros. opening credits, and we can hear muffled whinny noises like our hearing is off, like after an explosion, suddenly the screen goes from dark to blury, and we see the floor from the side as if we are on our side staring at a warehouse floor.
The camera(we) turn our head at the just barely audible sound of footsteps on the concret floor and as we turn around, or roll around we see the two purple legs of joker coming towards us, everything is still barely audible and muffled, and also blury visioned.
We can hear william Dafoe's incoherent cackling taunt then suddenly a bloody crowbar drops right in front of us with a CLANG that we most defintaly hear and feel the vibration of, and also see clearly as its the closest thing to us(the camera) and see it get dragged out of the shot leave a trail of red to the side.
Joker who still hasn't stopped talking in words we barely are able to make out, suddenly sounds more audible and clear until he torques his body and theres a resounding thump thats felt and heard and everything goes blury and muffled again, and we(the camera) is sent across the floor spinning, with lights and boxes going by as we spin till we hit the gound, this time on our backs looking up at the ceiling light thats flickering.
We see the faded blury face of Willam(Joker) looming over us in the way of the light saying something in his creepy sick way, "I wanna see what breaks first kid....your spirit.....or your bones....-laughs-...-BANG WITH THE CROW BAR AND SUDDENLY WE'RE Outside a building in Bosnia where Rhas Al Gul is with is...secretary/flunky, report man who tells him how the detective is on his way but.....he wont make it to the boy in time.
Then we see Batman(Clive own) piloting his bike like the wind down the bosnian snow in search of Robin, and looking at how far away he is from his tracking beacon on the screen.
Back in the warehouse.
We See Jason Todd (Young looking Garrett Hudland by makeup,cgi or double) looking up feebly only to be knocked off his feet again.
"Damn...ha heh...."
Joker says walking after him, and we have a close up of his smile in the next shot.
"That actually looked like it hurt a bit more...."
Jason turns around and we can fully see he's robin by his bloodied costume, "So....lets see if we can clear up this thing thats bothered me k' kid? which would hurt more......A? -BANG- or B? -BANG- Hey stey with me jr.....now....Forhand? -SMACK- Or Back hand? -smack, bang, bang, BOOM-
-Cracks up-
Jason:"Whlla,mf......."
Joker:"Sorry your going to have to speak up louder....-turns him over and holds him up- "You probbobly are gurgling from that collapsed lung...that can be bitch...."
-Spits in joker's face- Joker drops him and Jason smiles smirkingly.
"Well if your going to be rude about it....I say we continue this experiment...but dont worry, i'm avoiding everything from your shoulders up so you can enjoy every minute of this as much as I am....-cackles-
Batman is still piloting his bike closer to wheret the tracking beacon says Robin is, and something in the snow catches his eye, its a jack in the box, Batman's eyes dialate and he turns his bike sideways and drives up an over turned car to avoid a devastating explosion that takes out that part of the street, he drives past/through the explosion and trudges on....
Finally Willam leaves the scene with the same air as the cartoon. "Well kid...I gotta go....fun time though right...?"
-looks back at Robin who you can just make out in the darkness, the light from the doorway is aaaaaalmost reaching him.-
"Okay admittedly...alot more fun for me then you...but hey if your going to be so damn quiet right....? -puts on jacket- Anyway.....remember what i taught you and take it home with ya....you'll learn to live by it....oh and hey....tell the big guy I said.....Hello..."
-Cackles and leaves-
Batman finally arrives at the workshop and finds robin in the warehouse dead....
"No...........NO!!" Batman cries holding his dead son, "Jason............." Snow begins to fall through the holes in the cieling as we look down at him from an above shot and we back away from the scene of him holding jason on a blood staned floor.
Credits begin to role of who's in the movie, as we transition from black panel to black panel we see Batman emerging from the building holding Robin down the hill.....a bat flies in the way of the camera and its black again and we see another credit name.
In the next scene we have a close up of batman's eye, and as the camera turns and we see more of his face he is suddenly not the Batman mask anymore but at the morgue where he's watching as Jason is being toe tagged and zipped away in his bag to await coffin arrangements. He shakes the hand of the bosnian doctor, and walks out of the american embassy to where are heartbroken and sympathetic aflred is waiting for him.
He gets in the car and as alfred shuts the door the camera goes dark with the motion of the closing door to reveal more credits.
Next scene after that is Bruce Wayne watching TV aboard his private jet, the telavision is saying "...and unfortunately a tradgedy in the Wayne family as well as his ward Jason Rowling Todd was killed in a missfire attack in Sariava.
Bruce looks out the window at the sky, thats cloudy and dark, then the same sky is panneled down to see Rhas looking at it from his window, then he throws his wine glass against the wall and it lands on a wooden furnished box breaking even more and we have a final transition to black.
Finally after the last of the credits to where we see Bruce Wayne and afred standing over the grave, and we(the camera is being lowered down into the grave along with Jasons caskit and we see Bruce and ALfred throw dirt onto us in slow motion. Final credits after going black.
-BATMAN:THE RED HOOD............................-fades-
Gotham City 5 years later-
We pan over Gotham City at Night, we pass by a newspaper rack in the next scene reading about Black Mask still being suspected in some form of crimminal take over in the underworld.
Till finally we come to a warehouse where the drug dealers are all in a circle at a table from the different parts of Gotham.
-The scene where Red Hood reveals that he organized their meeting comences, complete with the "There are easier ways to die you know?"
"Yeah like yelling at the guy holding the AK-47..." lines
and Red Hoods proposition to not sell to kids and to chalk up 40 % to him in exchange for protection against the Mask, and Batman.
And showing them the heads of their right hand men, and how it took him 2 hours, guess what he could do in a whole evening..he's not asking them to kick in, he's telling them, then shoots his Ak again through the table, splitting it in two by shooting it down the middle and blood squirts out of the bag as the bullet path goes through it.
"40% sounds good to me..." one of them says.
Next scene, we're looking the sky where the bat signal is showing and we pan down to some drug dealers loading some cargo of something (Venom) into boxes to be sent to the docks near the harbor where they are.
Suddenly some of the mugs pull out their weapons on the guys loading it and prepare to load the stuff onto just one truck to obviously make a break for it with the drugs themselves, the masked man in the truck who we cant make out see's this happening from inside the drivers seat and gets up and goes into the back of the truck. When the truck door opens as they push the button and theres the truck driver and he says:"Evening gentlemen.....I see you've decided to ignore Black Masks' arrangment..."
The men point their weapons at him saying how they're taking the VENOM through customs, they have a better deal now.
One of them shoves their shot gun at the guys chest but he grabs it and breaks it in two, and picks the guy up to use as a human shield with one hand to block the other bullets, he then pushes the button on his cuff pumping the venom throug his system.
"You really shouldn't be talking to a user like that seniors....my employer can be very pushy....and i'm here to show you how...pushy he is..." He turns completely into Bane.
Batman arrives just in time to save a second one of them from being "beheaded" and Nightwing(Milo) shows up too when things get too dicey. Finally together they defeat Bane, leaving 3 of the crooks alive to talk.
Right one of them is about to confess... -ZIP!
-splat- -Splat- -Splat!!- Sniped heads
Batman gives chase to Red Hood while Nightwing makes some disgruntled quip about how he remembers "Right....I get left with these guys..."
Batman chases him via batmobile against Dodge Charger/or new camero and it ends in the factory where Joker was made with the Toxic vats.
Batman looks for red hood, going on the railing cat walk over the vats and see's a new railing post where he remembers it being broken off from his struggle with Red hood/Joker years ago and we have a flash back of it where he falls in and we see a joker card float to the surface.
"WHo could forget this place RIGHT?" Red Hood says, suddenly out of nowhere, "in a way batman this was the sight of your gratest failure...but certainly not your first...right?" he points the gun at batman's head having the advantage of higher ground from the cat walk he's on above him.
"Ahhh memories..." he instead shoots his car with the toxin leaking onto it where the engine is and it explodes, causing the vat to explode making a chaing reaction forcing batman to exit the building.
Batman and Grayson/Nightwing Regroup at the batcave and we pass by the glass incased suits, Robins, Robin 2's, and Batgirls old suits.
Dick says "Hey Al..."
Alfred:"Good to see you Master Grayson...how is Barbara?"
Dick:"You know...missing the costume, griping about the baby...stuff."
Alfred:"Send her my wishing her well Master Dick..."
Batman of course cuts right to the point about the Red Hood charcter.
Dick:"Of course...cutting to the chase...its like riding a bike...."
-he tosses batman a flash drive.-
"Ever since me and Barb have been patroling east Gotham to give you a break, we've been keeping tabs on goings on in the other regions to be safer then sorry..."
Bruce:"And?"
Dick:"And...I told Barbara to look into this Red Hood guy-..."
Barbara Gordon:"And I've been able to find at least 7 accounts of him in- "
Dick:"JEEZE Barb don't do that!" he looks up at her on the giant screen of the Batcomputer she just appeared on.
Barbara:"Bruce messaged me to give him any information a on this guy a second before you did Dick, sorry..."
Dick looks at batman:"Hey you have alfred, can you at least give me the decency of letting my wife and me do our own detetive thing without you micromanaging?"
Barbara wheels her wheelchair back to type something on another key board so we as the audience can know that she's crippled, and says "Hey...I have to find something to to do while I'm in this chair and waiting for the baby, and helping you BOTH out in the feild sort of gives me that old feel...no offense Dick."
"WHAT. did. you find......" Batman says stressing his patiece, alfred chuckles to himself bringing tea.
"This guys going by the Red hood...he's well trained, a tactician...basically he's muscling most of the lower class drug dealers and working his way up the chain. Getting higher and higher ups to throw in with him instead of Black Mask."
"In exchange for what?" Batman asks, "The word on the street is protection mostly...from you two and Black Mask..." she replies.
Batman strums his chin, "He's not the first one to use the red hood persona" (they show on the screen several documented incidents where people from muggers to bank robbers have used the alias Red hood, till finally we come to the Red Hood that emerged in the 90's, the first one (Joker).
Dick:"Think theres a connection?" -is getting very serious and angry-
Barbara:"Doesnt seem it from the surface....."
Dick:"Theres always asking that son of a-..." -BATMOBLIE REVS and drives-
Barbara sighs via bat-skype "He still doest that.."
At Arkham-
Joker is in his cell looking up as he hears he has a visitor, Willam Defoe(is all a tizzy about getting his Bat-visitor.
When asked what he knows about this new "Hoodie" he says that he's a poser, uninspiring, and too damned modist to be him, he'd want to make sure he knew it was him ***ing with him if he had something to do with it.
After some small banter Joker asks how the "kids" are? Batman of course doesnt answer and Joker states the irony how as many dysfunctional kids as he puts on his "Bat-force" they keep getting ***cked up, and how much he enjoys to be the one to do it....like when he popped a cap in bat girls..-
-Flash back of Joker shooting Batgirl paralizing her(babara)- and batman is tempted to strike him.
Joker goes on to talk about Robin 2.0, the one who had a striking resemblance to a hocky puck, at least to him...
and then gets shoved into a wall by Batman and Joker asks if he's actually going to do it this time, or just let this circle of life continue being endless...either way is fun or him.
Batman stops and drops him, Joker cracks up as batman leaves.
We then meet Black Mask
The next scene is upper east Gotham where we see his building, and the new intern is being debreifed.
"One more time..." The man called wells says, showing him to BLack Masks' Office
The intern, dressed snappily and ready for his new job says "Right Roman Siones, heir by force to the Siones family fortune, name, and crime syndicate...made quick work of Batman's short absence a few years ago by taking over the whole of Gothams underworld...forced batman's team to break up to handle it more broadly.."
Wells:"He was also caught in an attempt on his life by car bomb tht severed most of the front part of his face, had to use experimental plaster treatment to keep the face from being infected...it hardened and he decided it to let it stay a dullish black as a trade mark amongst the crime empire...so try not to act like his appearence is to...unnerving..."
-opens door- "HE DID WHAT!!!"
Wells:"Oh good...he's pissed..."
Black Mask(unseen by audience):"Bane was our best babysitter for that job..he was a damn presentation of that Venom Steroid can do...he weas going to break me finally back into the international circute...thats Millions blown straight to hell....and WHOSE MONEY IS THAT..."
Ms. Li:"Your money sir..."
Black Mask slams his fist against his desk (Still can't see his face)
Ms. Li:"Our concern is more with who the men where answering to, he's calling himself the red hoo-"
Black Mask:"I dont give a d*** what he calls himself....do you idiots know how many bidders i had on that steroid? A list of dictators in africa and rural nations psycho's as long as my arm....and then to give us bat trouble...who BLOWS THE DAMN SHIPMENT UP!!! I could've at least salvaged the chemicals...but Batman kept them..."
Ms. Li:"Yes...he tends to keep things..."
Black Mask turns around in his chair finally, "We'll deal with him later...for now this uh...Red Foot?..."
Ms. Li:"Red hood.."
Black Mask:"Whatever...he's dead....I want his finger next to my omlette when i have breakfast tommorrow as proof..."
Ms. Li:"Yes sir..." *Fiddles with her iPad*
*red hood notices young intern who couldn't help but look shocked at his apperence*
"You...new guy...."
Intern:"SIR!" -stands up straight-
Black Mask:"Dont be nervous kid.......but if you keep staring at me like that....i'm going to carve your eyes out...."
-Intern looks intensionally at the cieling...-
-HITS HIM IN THE FACE ANYWAY-
"Give me the specs for Tonights shipment...."
-the intern gets up ignoring his bloody nose- :"Yes sir..." -and gives him the info-
We zoom in on a Bat tracer object disguised as a pattern in the floor rug(about the size of a bottle cap, but nearly COMPLETELY flat-
We see Nightwing Listening in with Barbara as Oracle, and then as we pan left past the wall of computer screens, we're suddenly in the batcave as Batman watches HIS bat screen listening to the same thing as he's patched through with alfred.
"You get all that?" Dick asks.
Bruce:"I got it...."
However the camera keeps left until we lose sight of batman cause of the cave wall, and then the blackness we're now in becomes more gray as we zoom out and are coming out of the speaker portion of a walkie talkie used in Iraq held by Red Hood
:"Yup......got it..."
Red Hood foils the shipment by chopper, and is foiled from killing all the of Black Masks men by Nightwing and Batman, who then give chase to him across the rooftops of Gotham, but have it where Red Hood is free running like the chase scene in the begining of Casino Royal 007.

They chase him across the roof tops acording to the movie, just like where batman tries to lasso his leg in mid-air and Red Hood slices it before it goes taught. Finally they end up in that train station where Jason activates a charge that knocks Dick against the wall and breaks his leg, batman looks up from the shell shock at Red Hood on his motorcycle who says:"Still haven't lost your touch Bru-" and get cut off by a passing subway train.
Back at the Batcave, Dick Bruce and Barbara(via bat-skype as Oracle) discuss thier new advasary, and how he's OBVIOUSLY been trained by the best,
"And I mean the US kind of best..." Dick says, that move with the knife that has to be practiced...you dont just do that...
"Then theres the knife..." Bruce Says,
"What about it..." Dick asks, "Do you know many blades that can cut MY lines?"
Dick Narrows his eyes, "Not many..."
Alfred:"Black Mask's opperation and the reprocutions there in?"
Batman:"I've sent Batg-...Barbara the specs....she says she'll notify me if anything else out of the ordinary appears.."
Alfred:"I dare say you are putting quite a bit on the poor girl, and whos' expecting child..."
Dick:"Belive me i've tried to talk her out of being this...Oracle for us but she wants to keep busy...OW!"
Batman:"You've helped enough Dick....thank you....go home to her...."
Dick:"-sighs- k bruce....he did just thank me didn't he?"
Alfred:"Indeed he did sir..." -and helps him out the cave-
Batman turns back to the audio feed, he replays it "YOU HAVEN"T LOST YOUR TOUCHE- cut off by train sound-
He then cleans it up and isolates the voice and train audio...."
-clicks- "YOU HAVEN't LOST YOUR TOUCH BRUCE!"
Batman stares wide eyed at the screen.
He has flash backs of Robin /Jason Todd and him starting out, and foiling scarecrow in a bank, and the boy Jason using the exact same moves Red Hood used to get away various times, all the way down to slicing Scarecrows whip in two before it goes taught around his leg. He also after catching one of his fleeing flunkies punches him mercilessly and is laughing and liking it, suddenly he hears "Dont move or i'll..."
-scene transition, Jason is now older in the flash back and is i now in a dingy apartment complex, "Or you'll what shoot me?"
He begins cutting through the villians one by one...not holding back, Batman is down stairs and breaks down a door to see thugs on the floor, some of them nearly dead.
"He's killing them...." he says, he runs up stairs.
"Where...is Sting..." Jason asks about to peirce his neck with a batarang.
"Robin!" Batman calls, Robin turns around dropping a thug, "What?"
Suddenly a guy wheels around the corner with an Oozi and fires, "Here I am punk!"
Robin moves out the way and charges,
Batman:"I got him..."
and throws a batarang at the gun mid shooting making it explode. But Robin goes in for the kill shattering his collar bone.
Batman:"ROBIN!!!!!"
with a screech of bats we're back at the bat cave, "He was drug dealing pimp, he hospitalized a 17 year old girl...I didn't think i had to plump up his pillows before i took him down..."
Bruce:"DOWN? or OUT? We needed him....he would've talked, but you put him into shock..."
Jason:"....sorry...that was dumb..."
Bruce:"Its not about being dumb Jason its......that man at the foot of the stairs...did he die from the fall...or did you push him over?....."
Jason:"He deserved it...does it matter?..." stalks off brooding and the flash back ends with Batman in present time looking at the empty suit behind glass.
-Back at Black Masks HQ-
Black Mask:"Perhaps my last request was to muddled in subtlty....I want this guy dead.......I mean seriously f***** dead....bloody beaten....HIS ****ING HEAD MOUNTED ON MY WALL KINDA DEAD!"
Ms. Li:"We understand sir.."
Black Mask:"You sure? Its time to go to the level of these roof climbing ass holes...show em this is a contact sport....The next time he shows up to shut us down, I want there to be a ****ing party waiting for him and when I say party, I mean a WHOLE ***k load of peole who are there to ***king kill him!!"
(loved that line)
Anyway, when Red Hood takes the obvious bait for a trap, he's accosted not by the fearsom 4, or Mr. Freeze -_-, but Ninja assassin's who turn out to be from the Society of Shadows, lead by Talia, who are there to put him down, no charge.
Red Hood fights Talia and her ninja near an underpass and even though it looks like he's taking a beating he reveals he's just stalling, at that moment Batman shows up and he says "Took you long enough old man..."
Batman:"Shut up and fight..."
Batman notices Talia, "Talia...?"
Batman asks Talia mid fight what she's doing, he knows she doesnt kill for cheap assinating jobs, and this has to be something big for her father to send let alone ALLOW her to head this up. She says there are things to painful for him to understand and for once to let this one stay unsolved.
Now that batman's arrived and fighting alongside him Red Hood shows he was holding back before an begins mercilessly messing up the ninja's, and kills 3, about to make Talia his 4th by impaling her on her own Katana, which Batman prevents.
He stops Red Hood giving Talia and the remaining ninja enough time to "dissapear" and then he and Red Hood have thier talk about how Red hoods cleaning up Gotham better then Batman ever did, how you cant stop crime, only control it, how he's doing what he wont, that he's taking them out, and how batman only governs by fear, but what about those psycho's out there who aren't afraid.
Batman:"Let me help you...."
Red Hood:"It's to late for that.........someone is going to pay for what happened that night..."
After Red Hood leaves, batman Takes the Katana that Talia purposfully left with Red Hood's blood on it.
Batman man confirms that the blood of Talia's blade is Jasons and alfred drops his sserving tray at seeing this while he walks by.
We go back to Black Masks building of work office, Ms. Li informs him that as where Red Hood was pulling his men from underneith him...now he's just....killing them.
Black Mask:"So he'd be coming for me next....THAT it?.."
Ms Li:"It would appear that w-"
Black Mask:"DAMN HIM TO HELL....Why hasn't Batman wiped this scum off the face of the planet...from the looks of it he should be compitition to him!!"
New intern:"Maybe he's biding his time...waiting to see which one of you take each other ou-"
Black Mask:"To what? Take out the leader? What do you ***ing think this is? A Chess tournement?? I knew i shouldn't have trusted those society of shadow cult freaks..."
Ms. Li:Perhaps they-"
Black Mask:"YOUR AN IDIOT..........this isnn't about winning...or losing....batman cant catch him either.....or maybe its something else..."Can't you smell it....we're caught in the damn crossfires...."
-he looks out at the city as he says this and Ms. Li resumes typing on her iPad.
Suddenly He notices a red dot on his chest move up to his head, and see's Red hood waving from the building opposite him,
Black Mask:"Awww hell.............."
-RUNS-
Red Hood:"Damn............sure can move when he wants too..."
-KA-BOOM- Missle goes off and explodes that floor-
BLack Mask isn't dead but has sever casualties including Ms. Li.
Meanwhile:
Batman and alfred re-dig up Jasons grave and finds the replica and batman goes on about being stupid and careless and going to talk to the man that did this, meaning Rhas Al Gul.
Red Hood meantime has a fight with Dick Grayson at his home with Oracle/Barbara there, that ends with him stabbing Dick with a needle that has poison only he has the antidote to,
"It takes 30 to 40 minutes to use your fancy computer to synthisize an antidote, and i'll give you that....pending..."
he has both of them at Gun point and says:"Now...THIS is what your going to do..."
meanwhile
Batman successfully breaks into Rhas' home saying "Talia dropped this..." (Talia's Katana).
Rhas has his discussion with Batman explaining how he had hired Joker which(was a big mistake)to distract batman, leading to him killing his son, his partner, Jason Todd. And how he hoped to rectify it by replacing the bodies and wanting to test the theory that the lazirus pit could resurect and not just give long life. They dunked Jason in, it has no affect, they are told to take the body to be laid to rest properly. On the way being carried out, he DOES come back to life and kills the guards carrying him, and escapes....crazed.
(I know that this isn't like the comic but face it, Superboys' stupid reality punch or whatever is just BS, theres no way to convay that sensibly in a movie.)
Batman on the trip back talks to alfred over the com about how this IS or isn't his fault.
Batman:"Do you remember him when I found him alfred?"
-flash back of him finding Jason actually finding a way to steal tires off the first batmobile, him being taken in, given a home, being a prodegy-
Alfred:"Of course sir, brash, arrogant...and gifted.."
Batman:"But also dangerous...I feared that I didn't raise him...he'd come up to do evil...and I took him in....and still he was corrupted..."
Alfred:"You loved him, he knows that and it should be enough."
Batman:"Well its not alfred....it never was....he and me both knew that...."
Aflred asks what the boy will most likely do next, and he says "He's saved the best kill for last...Someone, will have to pay for what happened that night"
Alfred:"-sighs- You sir?"
Batman:"No.....not just me..."
We cut to where Red Hood using Oracles tech help from the lap top in her car, to help himself and Nightwing Break Joker out of Arkham, afterwards Red Hood knocks Dick Out and leaves him and Oracle to fend for themselves on the curb.
She rushes Robin to the Wayne Mannor as fast as she can for Alfred to help save his life.
Batman arrives and hears from Dick and Barbara that Red Hoods message was to meet him in crime alley to finish this.
Batman does so, and they have their epic fight like in the comics, right down to the unmasking of Jason Todd as the Red Hood.

With lines such as :"Oh so you got to talking with Rhas huh? Well does it make it any easier on you that my dip in his little fountain of youth..turned me rabid...or is this just the real me?"
"What gets to you more? The fact that your worst failure has returned from the grave? Or that he's become a better batman then you...a better protector of this city then you ever were??"
The fight ends with them ending up finally in the appartment that he has Joker tied up in, then they have the gloriously dialogued scene
Batman:"Jason....I was never like a real father to you....and I couldn't save you...I failed....I tried so help me God.......i'm trying to save you now.."
-Jason pulls one of his two guns on him- "IS THAT WHAT YOU REALLY THINK THIS IS ABOUT? THAT YOU LET ME DIE?
Damn it i dont know what clouds your judgment more?....your guilt or...ANTIQUAITED sense of morality.....Bruce....I forgive you...for not getting to me in time...but why.......WHY (is pained and enraged) WHY ON GODS GOOD EARTH -reveals Joker behind wall-
IS THAT THING STILL ALIVE!!!!!!!@"
(Willam)Joker cracks up:"GOTTA GIVE THE BOY POINTS BATSY! he came all the way from the other side to make this shindig happen.....SO who's got a camera....First lets get a picture of you and me...THEN the kid by himself...then me and him...then all of us with the crow ba-"

Jason stands and points his weapon at batman:"Years, heartlessly, STUPIDLY....BLINDLY ignoring the entire GRAVE YARDS he's filled, the people he's scarred for life...the friends he's crippled (means barbara). YOu know what?...I'd thought....I thought I'd be the last person on earth you'd let him hurt....."
Bruce says nothing,
"If it had been you tht he'd beaten to a bloody pulp, if he had stolen YOU away from ME.......I would have done NOTHING but search the planet for this pathetic....demonic peice of Death worshiping Garbage.......and blown him back to hell!!!!....."
Batman:"You don't understand.....I dont think you've ever understood."
Jason:"What? That your shimmering MORAL Code won't allow for it.....its to hard to cross that line...."
BATMAN:"NO!!! God almighty.....no......It'd be too damned easy! All i've ever wanted to do is kill him...to commit unashamed ungoddly murder against him.....there isn't a day I think of him that I dont imagine putting him through every insidious torture he's dealt out to others....and then...end him."
Joker:"Booooring........"
Batman:"But....If I do that....if i go down that pit....I'll never come out...."
Joker:"Awwwwww"
Batman:"I'll lose myself, and what this town needs....I can't go down that abyss....."
Jason:"...W-why....(chokes up)...I'm not talking about Riddler, or penguin, or Dent or even some pimp...........I'm talking about HIM!!!.....-jabs colt at Joker- ....THIS THING.................and doing it because....."
-sheds actual tear- "Cause he took me away from you...."
Batman:"..............I cant'...I cant turn into what you've become..."
-Red Hood actualy sheds real tears-
Joker:"that is Soooooo sweet....you are the best disfunctional dad EVER! Wait does that make me the mommmy?"
Batman and jason both just stare at each other while he taunts as if they cant hear him, both letting a tear fall until Jasons face contorts again in anger.
"Well you wont have a choice......" he tosses one of his colts to Batman.
Batman:"Jason wh-"
Jason:"This is what its' all been about............YOU and me and HIM....."
-he kick joker by the face so he'll roll infront of Batman-
"If you dont shoot his psychotic peice of Filth...." -shoves gun against his own temple-
Batman:"JASO-"
Jason:"DONT JASON ME!!!!!" -spit flies from the anger thats seething off of him -
-He re-shoves the gun under his own chin-
"If you dont blow his sadistic brains out....if you dont avenge what he did that night.....you will have killed, ME..."
Joker:"this is turning out better then I'd hoped!"
Batman:"Dont do this...."
Jason:"IF YOU DONT WANT ME TO PULL THE TRIGGER, YOU WILL HAVE TO SHOOT HIM....RIGHT IN HIS FACE!!!"
Batman staggers momentarily.
"STARE IT BACK, STARE BACK THE ABYSS AND DO IT FOR ME!! FOR WHAT HE DID TO ME DO IT * DAMN YOU!!!"
Batman drops the gun, Jason just stares, Joker:"Ohhhh burned....."
Jason:"Its him or me...........DECIDE!!!! WHO DO YOU CARE ABOUT MORE, YOURSELF OR ME!!! ...WHAT YOU "THINK" THIS CITY NEEDS, OR WHAT I DESERVE.....DECIDE-"
-is shaking from rage and another tear falls down his cheek as batman begins walking away.-
Jason:"No....YOU ARE NOT WALKING AWAY AGAIN!!!!" -points gun at his shoulder and fires-
Batman moves out of the way using a technique him and Jason trained on using years ago and thows one of Jasons expolding charges he took off him in the fight at his gun making it explode in his hand and him yell in pain.
Joker cracks up, "HA HA HA HA AH!!!! YES YES YES!!! -gets to his knee's even though tied up-
"YOU GUN SLINGING ROOT'N TOOT'N MARKSMAN SON OF A BITCH! I LOVE IT! YOU STILL FIND A WAY TO WIN, AND EVERYONE STILL LOSES!"
Suddenly he cuts himself free and stabbs Jason with his own knife.
Batman:"NO!!!!"
Batman grabs Jokers arm wrenching the blade away and wresltes with him on the floor till its free, Jason staggers back and activates a bomb in the building
to begin to tick.
Batman leaps for the bomb and Joker tackles him, "NO! THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER! YOU AND ME, ALL OF US TOGETHER, BEING BLOWN SKY HIGH THEN WE ALL PLUMIT LAUGHING AND SCREAMIN BACK TO HELL WHERE WE CAME FROM I LOVE HAPPY ENDINGS!!! AHAHAHHAAHAHAHHA" -couldnt' you see willam dafoe just OWNING this scene?
Jason Shoots Joker off of Batman, and batman gets up to grab Jason and take him out the building, but Jason hits him out the window saying
"NO.......you deserev this...."
-BOOOM!!!!!!-
BATMAN:"JASON!!!!"
Like the cartoon and comic Joker will be in a body cast but alive, or if you want to go the poetic licence way and be like Quinton Tarintino and have Joker DIE cause Jason shot him, you could do that.
There will be no trace of Jason Todd's body.
Meanwhile while news audio is heard about how Joker is either dead in the explosion in crime ally or not, we now go from the darkened sky into the window of Rhas Al Gul's private Jet, Talia is in it, so is Rhas.
"He didn't do it Father..." Talia says, "I told you he wouldn't..."
Rhas:"Your optimisum is ever stagnent Talia..." he walks over to Jason unconcious on a bed, bloody.
Talia:"You shredded the last strand he had left of his son....!"
Rhas:"He would have sought revenge despite my allowing him to steal supplies and rescources from me....long has batman nievely thought that ruling the city without judgement will save it....likened to the rest of the world...it will never affect anything......when I discovered the boys intentions when he stole from us to go on his quest."
He puts Jason's knife back in the same wooden box that Rhas broke his glass against at the begining of the movie, and shuts it, showing us that it was his.
"...I did not detere him...."
Talia:"So what will you do with him now...."
Rhas:"Restore him back to health....let him decide his own course again...wether it be for good...or distructive ends once again...this is an angel that must be either fallen in his paradise...or redeamed amidsts his hell..."
The end is Batman in the bat cave with alfred, and alfred asks if he should take down the Jason Robin costume and Batman remarks to alfred how nothings changed.... and then a flash back where young Jason says "this is the best day of my life." like in the cartoon movie.

For Dick Grayson/ alias the Nightwing- I chose Milo Ventimiglia
For Alfred Pennyworth- Bernie Kopell (i've seen him play an english butler, he can do it, dont shout him down just cause he was in the love boat, he can do a kick ass alfred)
For the Barbara Gordon/Oracle/Batgirl cameo- Nikki Reed
For Commisioner Gordon- Ted Levine from Shutter Island (For those who haven't seen his work, he can definatly pull of an older James Gordon if you slap some glasses on him and put some of that gotham fog behind him, his vioce is always what I'd imagined Gordon's was in the comics.)
For the crazed and more aged Joker, I chose Willam Dafoe- perfect for beating the crap out of a teenaged kid with a crow bar.
For Roman Sionis- Alias the Black Mask I choose Dominic West.
For Ms. Li- Grace Park
For Bane, who will have few lines and lots of BANE SMASH scenes for his small part in the movies begining
I choose Dalip Singh from Get Smart
And his Voice over so we know that he's an inteligent inforcer, Joaquim De Almeida (the voice of Bane from THE BATMAN cartoon on WB
