Exiled by the Illuminati, a secret super hero group, the Hulk was on course to an uninhabited planet. Traveling off-course, the Hulk lands on Sakaar, a planet consumed and divided by violence. The Hulk rose from slave to gladiator to king. But just as the Hulk began to bring peace to his new home, the shuttle in which he arrived exploded, killing his wife and unborn child while ultimately decimating the planets population. Stronger and possessed by the fiercest and purest rage imaginable, the Hulk returns to Earth with extreme prejudice. His mission: find the members of the Illuminati and avenge his fallen people.

I watched Planet Hulk this last weekend and was fairly disappointed.

I still don't get the fan trailer craze, but kudos to putting in the work and effort.

I am a professional editor and I'd have to say to this is fairly good coming from a fan. We all know that this a fan-trailer, but at the same time it's pretty cool to see what this concept would look like other than page to page imaging. Judging from some of the comments, this is not crap. In fact, a lot the scenes that were cut were very clever. I own all of the WWH issues and I'd have to say that the usage of: The Illuminati, Storm's dialogue about NY city, and Juggs all tie in with the storyline pretty well. It's also pretty open that the 2012 scenes appear to be symbolic to help create the illusion in portraying Hulk's arrival. In all, this is a good trailer. And you can't blame whoever made this for the limited amount of scenes that our Marvel movies had to offer. If any other person can come up with a better video relating to the WWH saga please let me know. Kudos to whoever made this.

Obviously Johan02 not everyone agrees to like this, if you actually read the posts from the others you'd see it's quite diverse. I can see how it's appealing, but I'm usually not a fan of these because for one, we get two different Hulks and the backgrounds change quite a bit throwing continuity out the window. Then you have the constant quick edits shots, where it's two minutes of fast camera cuts.

So yes, M4 it's ok for a fan based trailer using only what is provided. However, the actually editing is hardly good, the choppiness and scenes randomly changing doesn't help. Just because it sort of looks like it works doesn't mean it does. And you can say you're a professional all you want, I see a lot of "professionals" and sometimes they're no better than untrained talent. I work with other graphic designers whom which I still question how they get their jobs. Look at Rob Liefeld, horrible artist in almost every way, yet he's a professional too. So I wouldn't throw that around too much it doesn't exactly help the credibility of your statement.
