Star Trek: Into Darkness will be playing a villain with a similar name for Warner Bros new Jungle Book film. The Hollywood Reporter exclusive states that actor Benedict Cumberbatch will be lending his voice to the villainous Shere Khan for Andy Serkis's directorial debut.
Warner Bros.’ adaptation of Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book has landed its first voice lead, and it’s elementary. Benedict Cumberbatch will voice Shere Khan, the man-eating tiger who is the villain of the classic tale of a boy named Mowgli who is raised by jungle animals.
But let's not forget actor Idris Elba is also going to be playing Shere Khan for Disney's Jungle Book movie, leading to an inevitable question. Who will be the better Khan?
