GOTG VOL. 3: Adam Warlock Threatens To "Make Love To The Corpses" Of Ayesha's Enemies In New Deleted Scene

James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is now available to purchase on Digital platforms, and another deleted scene has been shared online.

This sequence focuses on Sovereign leader Ayesha (Elizabeth Debicki), as she grows increasingly frustrated with her inability to exact revenge on the Guardians. Her son, Adam (Will Poulter), then promises to do some very bad things to his mother's enemies.

He starts off with a bit of skull stomping/brain smushing, but things soon escalate to carcass-peeing and... umm, a spot of necrophilia.

Yeah, probably not too difficult to figure out whey this scene didn't appear in the theatrical version!

Check out the scene in the player below, and let us know if you plan on re-watching (unless you skipped it in theaters?) GOTG Vol. 3 on Digital in the comments section.

"In Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 our beloved band of misfits are settling into life on Knowhere. But it isn’t long before their lives are upended by the echoes of Rocket’s turbulent past." "Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him on a dangerous mission to save Rocket’s life—a mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them."

Gunn writes and directs Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldaña, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, featuring Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Sean Gunn, Chukwudi Iwuji, Will Poulter, and Maria Bakalova. Kevin Feige is the producer and Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Nikolas Korda, Simon Hatt, and Sara Smith serve as executive producers.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is now in theaters.

Runaway sentences and going off on tangents is James Gunn's thing.

It didn't fit the character. That line would have worked better with Peacemaker.

Ah, so it's pretty much just James Gunn'ism added to a character that needed to be taken a lot more seriously.

Gunn’s version of Warlock. Nerfed as bad as Drax was.

@slickrickdesigns - Agreed, Adam Warlock isn't a joke. He's like...the Superman of Supermen in Marvel save for maybe Michael Korvac and Sentry.

Some immature necrophilia jokes by the guy that’s taking over DC? Yeah that makes me have faith in Gunn.

Gunn is a great director but his sense of “humor” is just dumb as [frick] most of the time. It falls flat for me 80% of the time.

I’m really hoping he doesn’t have his typical style of humor in Superman Legacy because if so? Yikes

His humor is wildly hit or BIG MISS. This is a miss.

I don't love the Guardians movies,, but that was hilarious. Poulter understood the assignment.

that is gunn when he isn't on a leash. I fear DC will be full of unrestricted gunn "humor".

I wonder what type of weird humour will make it into 'paedo tweet' gunn's Superman legacy 🫣

Seems like the same sense of "humor" from a guy who thinks jokes about raping children are funny.

He's surely the guy who will turn things around for WB/DC.

Everybody get off your high horse. Give me trash humor all day and twice on Sunday. We need more necrophilia, pedophilia, sex, fart and poop humor, if just to make all the prudes uncomfortable.

One of concerns is James Gunn brings this type of dumb shit over to DCU.

Mostly that he butchers important characters for the sake of a joke.

Plz don’t put this type of stuff in the DC or expect another major L

Comments are so funny to me. People seem to be incapable of grasping that filmmakers can alter their tones and styles to suit the story/character. Do you really think Superman is going to be flying around making necrophilia jokes just because he wrote and shot this one - deleted - scene?
