Pre-orders are now open for Iron-Studios' epic Hawkman statue, which will ship to consumers in Q4 2019 (sometime between October-December). It retails for $1,1999 and requires a 10% downpayment to reserve. If you wish to purchase both the open-wing and closed-wing versions, you'll get a significant discount as they can be had for $1,499. The statue is based on a design from one of the best artist working in comics today, Ivan Reis, who teamed with Chiaroscuro Studios.
The violently savage Hawkman could easily become DC's Wolverine with the right big-screen take on the reincarnated hero. Hopefully, the rumors are true and Carter Hall does appear in the Black Adam film. After Wonder Woman and Aquaman, along with the great buzz building around Shazam!, the DC Universe appears headed in the right direction as they focus on individual characters instead of crafting a shared universe.
