A month ago I asked the CBM community to participate in a CBM Age POLL. Many of you took the time to answer the posed question and voiced your interest on the topic. Follow the jump to view the results.

As I stated in the original POLL article, having met people on this site of all nationalities and age groups, I grew curious as to what ages the people frequenting CBM.com actually were. Evidently, many of you were just as curious since almost 1,900 people took part in the survey.

Although it may come as no surprise that the majority of users were between the ages of 16 and 30 years old, it was somewhat of a surprise that there are many users of all ages frequenting CBM.com. It was also more than a little surprising that "Older than Gusto" was not the least represented age group on the list.

What age group do you fit in?


21 - 25 = 470 Votes (24.19%)

26 - 30 = 393 Votes (20.23%)

16 - 20 = 364 Votes (18.73%)

31 - 35 = 274 Votes (14.10%)

36 - 40 = 181 Votes (9.32%)

41 - 45 = 111 Votes (5.71%)

10 - 15 = 67 Votes (3.45%)

46 - 50 = 44 Votes (2.26%)

51 - 55 = 19 Votes (0.98%)

56 - 60 = 8 Votes (0.41%)

61 - 65 = 5 Votes (0.26%)

Older than Gusto = 5 Votes (0.26%)

66 - 70 = 2 Votes (0.10%)

There's a big difference between chronological age and maturity level. That being said, I wonder how many people who participated in the poll were honest about their age.

Honestly, I would have figured the majority would be under 20, not over -- mostly because of how many crybabies and flamers we have around here. If the majority are adults, they sure as hell don't act like it.

24..welp, after the X-Men posts, this is pretty disappointing. Along with other in here..I'm genuinely surprised!

I did not participate in the original poll, but would like it noted that I am in the 50 to 55 age group, and visit this website quite frequently, several times a day, starting to click to other parts of this website when there have started to be very slow news days since the end of 'Smallville' for some reason with the passing of this TV show, it seems there is not as much for the Marvel fanboys to hate on here, to which makes me wonder what would happen it a Marvel TV show were to audition and have daily update's what form the comments would take as a result of it being a Marvel show instead of it being a DC show, food for thought, The Original Captain America from 1918.
