Because Mutant rights are just so '90s. Something tells me these X-Chicks couldn't care less about being accepted into society..and that makes them so damn cool! Emma Frost is my favorite..

Funny stuff from artist Nate Bellegrade, have a look at some of his other work at his blog.

Okay, now I'm really, really confused. I think the definition of hipster has changed, recently, hasn't it? To me, Marrow and Rogue look to be hipsters. Not very hip hipsters, but passable. But all the rest look like the opposite of a hipster. They look like trendy commercial zombie slaves.
Somebody help me out here, huh?
What is a hipster?

Hahaha... When I saw that Yolandi White Queen I couldn't stop laughing. And I that Storm has the Deathly Hallows tattooed on her leg.

One of the great things about getting older is not caring about being "hip" anymore, if it means that making Jean Grey look like a skank and Emma Frost look like a nickel rock whore is supposed to be what "hip" is now.

It's like stepping into an alternate reality. What do peeps mean by hipster, these days? Is it not hip to be hip? Is it not hip to not care about what's hip?mOr is it not hip to not care about being hip if to be hip is to mean not caring about hip being hip or not?
Confused.
Hipsters are pants. Marrow's pants.

Welldrawn@ Thanks. That actually clears it all up, for me.
It's so typical of this [frick]ing generation to completely pervert the term hipster. Just in case any member of todays youth sees contemporary society and culture for what it is, they still dare not be themselves out of fear of being a "hipster". Which would, lets face it, just show that they want to fit in to society and not be ridiculed or given negative labels.
The noughties were worse than the '50s. We need something more radical, refreshing, freeing and fun than the '60s. Or Huey Lewis words will echo forever;
"It's hip to be square."

Yknow isn't the whole point of being hipster to shun convention and labels? So anyone identifying themselves as a hipster is actually just a poser...

Gusto@ That's not good. How can you're comments just dissapear? These are living historical documents of our silly little age! This is hours of study, confusion and giggles for future historians. Without Gusto? Without a principal player in the fruity world of CBM? What is the point?!
