Not my most anticipated movie, but doesn't look bad. If Smith was in it everyone would go crazy.I think Smith's line "welcome to earth" as memoriable as it was was nowhere near as awesome as Pullman's speech. I think they did a good job bringing back most of the original cast tbh.

This the definition of overkill. Completely and utterly unnecessary. Aren't there easier ways to destroy a whole planet anyway?

I'd be surprised if this does any good. There's just too much competition now with much smarter uses of destruction. The whole selling point for this one is "bigger is better." And it isn't.
