@Jollem: yeah, it would have been better with that actor from the worst Spider-Man's movies ever, Andrew Garfield

@SonofBatman The Lost World and Jurassic Park 3 aren't being removed from the canon, they're just being placed to the side and ignored. Jurassic World will act as a direct sequel to the first film.

A bit off topic but does anyone know if Spielberg is still making Tin Tin 2 this year? Loved the first movie.

@MarcianooM

I think it was a joint effort from Spielberg and Jackson and the sequel would be directed by Peter Jackson this time. No word on it moving forward, if it ever will.

Spielberg, after Indiana Jones 4 your seal means shit. Even IF the bad ideas were all from Lucas, you'd still be guilty.

Not disregarding everything the man has made before. Makes me sad really.

Spielberg is the executive producer on this movie. Even if he didn't like it, do you think he would say so?

I intend to see this movie, though the idea the idea that people are so bored with dinosaurs that hey had to invent new ones to boost park attendance is beyond ludicrous. Hell, people in the millions a year keep coming to Disney theme parks, and as far as I am aware they don't even have dodos's, never mind a Tyrannosaur.

@kozmik is right. The idea that people are bored with dinosaurs is more ridiculous than being able to create dinosaurs. What does make sense is greed,they're thinking if we build a better dinosaur there will be more money coming in.

Lets keep in mind Spielberg gave Jurassic Park 3 his seal of approval before it came out and look how bad that movie was. Calm your tits people.

You know it's a good movie when the director of Kingdom of the Crystal Skull gives his seal of approval. Mmm hmm.

Spielberg also gave his seal of approval to Atari's ET video game. I'm not saying Jurassic World is bad but he's approved some flops in the past. Just get back behind the camera, Steven, and let us be the judge of what you create.

As great a Spielberg is, and he is great, I don't think his "seal of approval" really means much. He did produce all 4 Transformers movies after all.
