Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse writer/producer Christopher Miller has shared what appears to be the first promotional teaser poster for the highly-anticipated Into the Spider-Verse sequel.
The poster was made just for the film's crew, so we'll probably get some different art when the movie finally starts to ramp up its marketing early next year. Regardless, it's still an awesome visual and offers a very fun new look at the returning Miles Morales (Shameik Moore) getting well-acquainted with Spider-Man 2099 (Oscar Isaac).
Plot details remain under lock-and-key, but what we do know is that O'Hara will seemingly seek out Miles' help - and the help of a number of other beloved Spider-People - to stop Spot (Jason Schwartzman), a villain more powerful than anything they have ever encountered.
The cast will feature the voice talents of Oscar Isaac (Miguel O'Hara/Spider-Man 2099), Shameik Moore (Miles Morales/Spider-Man), Hailee Steinfeld (Gwen Stacy/Spider-Woman), Jake Johnson (Peter B. Parker/Spider-Man), Brian Tyree Henry (Jefferson Davis), Luna Lauren Vélez (Rio Morales), Issa Rae (Jessica Drew/Spider-Woman), Jason Schwartzman as Spot, Rachel Dratch as the Principal, Shea Whigham as George Stacy, and Jorma Taccone as the Vulture.
The film will also introduce a ton of new Spider-People, including the Japanese Spider-Man and the Scarlet Spider, but it'll likely still be a few months before we learn anything more about who'll be voicing all of those top-secret roles.
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse swings exclusively into theaters on June 2, 2023.
