The Amazing Spider-Man is an upcoming American superhero film directed by Marc Webb, based on the comic book of the same name and starring Andrew Garfield as the Marvel Comics character Spider-Man. It is the fourth Columbia Pictures film that portrays Spider-Man in film and is a reboot of the film series that stars the superhero. The cast includes Garfield as Peter Parker and his alter ego, Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy and Rhys Ifans as Dr. Curt Connors. The film will portray Parker as his super powers are evolving in high school.

I will grant you that the scan has not been posted before, but...

This scan of the WEEKLY magazine (not the "Feb/March issue" as you call it) is from 2 or 3 issues ago, and only offers info that the magazine gleaned from the trailer that was released on February 6th.

Ya know what? I like that Marc Webb brings back the web slingers that Parker invents, but I like Raimi's concept better. It makes more sense that when Parker was bit that one of a spider's major abilities would intergrate with his DNA. That's always been an element of the character I never understood about Spiderman.

Stan lee was more interested in the wall crawling aspect. He liked the making his own web-shooters idea because it made Peter Parker more relatable and he liked the angle of the hero and the villains being scientists.

And Stan Lee did not know anything about science, esp back then, so there was not a lot of thought put into it.

I just realized that Peter's got a huge bruise on the side of his head. Looks like being Spider-Man's gonna really take a big toll on him.
