Earlier today Marc Webb tweeted the first offical image of Paul Giamatti as Aleksei Sytsevich/The Rhino, and then we got some great action shots as they filmed scenes in Brooklyn, that you can see below. But now, see some set photos that clearly show Mr. Giamatti.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will be directed by Marc Webb from a script written by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci, Jeff Pinkner and James Vanderbilt. The film will star Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Sally Field as Aunt May, Shailene Woodley as Mary Jane Watson, Paul Giamatti as Rhino, Jamie Foxx is Electro and Chris Cooper as Norman Osborn. The Amazing Spider-Man sequel will swing into theaters May 2, 2014.

They plan on building up the Amazing spiderman universe, hopefully they dont kill off their villains so we can build up a Sinister Six for the Big screen! 1) Electro 2) The Rhino 3)Mysterio 4) Sandman 5) Kraven 6) Doc Oc?

He will be very similar to Rhino in comics.
Amazing Spider-Man learned its lesson with the mistake of the bad costume & this sequel is making up for that with great classic looking suit.
Electro & Rhino will look cool too....I hope.

I hope it works whatever they do. This movie is already causing ppl to cry out against it. I was happy with the changes in the 1st one. It made for an interesting movie that was fun to watch unfold without knowing the outcome cuz I've already read it. I hope they don't rip the legacy to shreds tho.

I really don't understand the Multiple villain problem so many people have. Just because Rami shit the bed with Venom and Goblin2 doesn't mean someone else can pull off a spider-man film with multiple villains....they do it all the time in the comics and cartoons. I guess I tried of lame excuses coming from people with no imagination or vision

So Rhino looks to be just him rampaging around in a semi truck, which is pretty scary anyway seeing something that size going about 90 mile an hour at you.

I dont think I can ever watch any of the older spider man movies again after seeing how perfect this version of the costume looks.
Gonna look even better in theatre. CANT WAIT!
