According to the BBFC website (British Board of Film Classification) Sony will soon release a new trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man! The website lists the content of the next two theatrical trailers to be released and some of the upcoming TV spots after that. Take a look at the table yourself below!
Of course this is the British Film Classifiers, so the release dates and ratings are the British. But, notice that all the trailers are rated PG. Could we be seeing another PG Spidey film (the other being
Spider-Man 2)? It wouldn't make much sense considering that Sony wants to take a 'darker', 'grittier' approach to the Web-Slinger.

The Amazing Spider-Man is released on July 3rd 2012 and stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen, Sally Field and Denis Leary!
