It's being called the worst broadway show ever, so no.

It's no where near as good as it used to be, but the show has always has ups and downs depending on the cast and writers. I love the current cast but i think they need to get some new writers. But it does still have it's moments where the skits are classic and you can't help but fall in love with the show. The best addition this new cast has done is adding the snl digital shorts (there own music videos) 10 percent of the time the digital shorts or just ok but 90 percent of the time, they're awesome.

I think Spider-Man is going to be a financial success only because people want to go and see how awful it is for themselves XD

They weren't dissing on poor spider-man. They were dissing more on the fact that they turned spider-man into a broadway musical. It has to be the stupidest idea I've ever heard of.

They spent 65 million? They could have made a movie. The reboot only cost 80 million- granted, it'll probably look the same as the musical but still. They could have licensed a realistic comic character that didnt require lots of cgi and made a damn movie.

I can just hear the Punisher singing "I shoot every crook I see/From petty crime to felonies/All so I can avenge my family" (to the tune of the second song Troy McClure sings on the episode where he marries Selma), all before breaking out into a toe-tapping dance number with Spidey.

As for parodies of this play, I thought Conan's stuff was absolutely brilliant.
