In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, star of The Longest Ride, Scott Eastwood, confirmed that he will be joining the DC cinematic universe in next years highly anticipated Sucide Squad! While the actor does confirm that he is the latest addition to an already spectacular cast, he does not reveal any details about the character he will be portraying in the film

SUICIDE SQUAD will be directed by David Ayer and will star Will Smith as Deadshot, Jared Leto as The Joke, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Care Delevingne as Enchantress, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, and Scott Eastwood in an unspecified role. The film is set for release on August 5th, 2016

His role is secretive and he doesn't have any time off for a while. I am now banking on Steve Trevor, with Suicide Squad filming from April to August, Wonder Woman from Fall to Spring 2016 and then Justice League after that (if Steve is in that).

I have no problem with him as Deathstroke, I think he'd be great, I just think he might be a better fit for Shazaam. There's more options for Deathstroke than Shazaam, ya know?
