The Villains Aren't Really Villains In How It Should Have Ended: SUICIDE SQUAD

It looks like it's actually really bad to be good in this hilarious animated spoof from the How It Should Have Ended gang, which takes aim at David Ayer's critically panned box office hit, Suicide Squad...

While it was a massive success at the box office, David Ayer's Suicide Squad didn't escape the criticisms of its plot and characters. In their latest video spoof, How It Should Have Ended has made sure to remember all of them, from the weird dance moves of Enchantress, to the underused members of Task Force X, to what "family" means to Diablo. And of course, their biggest gripe: are these "bad guys" really all that bad?

Don't take anything too seriously, and check out the hilarious video below!

It feels good to be bad… Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?

I enjoyed watching the movie but it was still kind of a mess. I can overlook some things like the Joker not being in it that much. But the editing was off and a lot of decisions in the movie that were made really question me. I'm still gonna buy the DVD though.

All the characters were played greatly! They should have made the plot similar to Assault on Arkham or maybe a terrorist organization from the original Suicide Squad series (I forget the name of that team) But also, the whole Joker/Harley Mad Love should have been saved or represented in another film... if this wasn't jokers forst outing in the DC film universe people wouldn't be so disappointed with his screen time Imo

This movie had me laughing out loud in the theater, and not in a good way

That was probably my biggest overall issue with the movie. Outside of all the terrible story and character problems. They just weren't all that bad. The movie describes them as being the worst of the worst but never showed them being all that bad much less the worst of the worst and all too willing to band together and risk themselves to save the world. I know worse people personally in real life.

@TheUnworthyThor - Yup.

Deadshot is a bad guy but he has a daughter and only kills men who "deserve it"
Harley Quinn is a bad girl but she's just a victim and wants to change the Joker (ugh)
Diablo is a drug lord but he loves his family and accidentally killed them.

Imo, Boomer was the only one who came close to being a degenerate piece of shit. And we didn't get all that much of him. There are polenty of movies that have "likeable" bad guys. I personally think they made these guys too redeemable.
