Here's the first look at the animated feature Superman vs The Elite. It certainly looks to be a departure from previously released direct-to-video efforts from Warner Bros. Animation.

Is it just me or was I the only one who didn't hear any voices on the video but just music?

Does it have talking on it for you guys? I just hear the music? It's like it's made for them to be saying something but they never do and I just hear the music. Weird.

Still cool trailer though.

I'm very suprised by the animation. It doesn't look as great as previous animated films done by Warner Bros.

Unless people here say the movie is good, I most likely wont watch it.

waht would be cool is a four part series, Batman:sword of azrael, then a true to form knightfall and give Bane the real credit he needs, then a knightquest, then end it with knights end

I like that every DC film doesnt look the same, yes I love the animation style of JL:Doom and previous films but this still looks cool I'll rent/download it. Buy it if it's cool

Too anime - but I'm a fan and DC does produce entertaining animated films. I just wished marvel gets on board with some more of their own.

Doesn't look that good indeed...not bad, either; just fine, I guess. Looks like it's a let down compared to the other DC original animated movies, though. But, I like Truth, Justice, and American Way, so I might still check it out. (Plus, from that trailer, it looks like it will follow that story pretty closely.)

The art and character design is definitely a departure for DC, However this is not unexpected as McDuffie is no longer with us and Dini is now with Disney/Marvel.

Timm likes to shake things up as well and will alter the animation style to match various artists that have handled the character notably Quitely's style was mirrored effectively in "All Star Superman"

I would really like to have a return to the style of "Superman TAS" or Batman Beyond. The GL computer animated looks good, but I have yet to find anything that was as well written (for broadcast)or drawn (for broadcast) as Justice League.

I hope it is better than the last Superman movie. The one where he died and went into the sun. I liked that part but that whole thing of Lois getting powers put me to sleep. I wish they'd stick with Justice League films. Doom was fantastic.

Can DC please come out w/ something that doesnt feature superman or batman. I know they once ventured out and made a solo WW & GL, but how 'bout a full length Flash / Hawkman / Shazam / even Aquaman will do!!

The music with no talking makes it seem like a fan made trailer. Actually, so does the choice of music. DC animated movies are always well made and enjoyable, so I will watch this I am sure though I am not really digging the style superman is drawn in.

This looks really nice. I like the fact that DC Comics chose a different art style and musical tone for this. I'm looking to actually watching it.

This is the first DC Animated movie I have ZERO interest in. Why would they make this over so many other possibilities?
Hopefully its good though

The link seems to be better at the MTV website:

It doesn't seem to have the voice when embedded at other sites.
